If you have booked, don't go.lf you are thinking of booking - don't! It's closed and no-one is there. A sign on the door says they are in liquidation and no-one bothered telling us. Impossible to contact them. After hours and hours over 3 days on phone to Expedia they found us another hotel 'AT FURTHER COST' !! Currently trying to get my money back from the original booking. Nightmare. This was for Monday December 5th 2016.

Clean and spacious
Unfortunately we were relocated to another Blue Rainbow property on the morning of our stay due to the original booking being unexpectedly unavailable. So rather than being in the city centre we were 25 minutes walk away, not ideal given that we'd planned our stay around the accomodation we booked, and with little choice but to accept it which I can't help feeling was deliberate. The apartment was OK for a single night stay, however there was no hot water so it was a cold shower in the morning. There was a lovely selection of flavoured tea in the kitchen which proved rather rather pointless given that the kettle didn't work and there were no mugs anyway! Didn't bother complaining because were were only there for one night and out in town most of the time anyway, and the receptionist seemed permanently busy either on the phone or dealing with people checking in.

Centrally Located Dump.
Its city centre location is obviously a great hit with the younger crowd who go clubbing so spend no time in the room. For those who would prefer a clean hotel style room rather than a student hell hole then choose somewhere else. This place is poor. The sofa was wrecked with chunks taken out from the foam sides. Bear in mind this was the second room as I complained about the sofa in the first room! Unbelievable that they were both as bad as each other. The flooring was peeling and sticky and clearly impossible to clean properly. No dishwasher in the kitchen presumably means the crockery is cleaned by hand - and that is unlikely to be very hygienic. Shower pours water all over the floor and the bedroom was so small the bed was pushed up one side against the wall. This was odd in that the building was originally a warehouse and has been converted specially - so you would have thought they would make the rooms fit the furniture better or the other way around. Oh and don't move the furniture as it is filthy underneath. Urgh. Horrible. And finally, the was no internet in spite of it supposedly being available. It was down and the receptionist said it had been for at least a week. How can they still advertise it then? Impossible to recommend as it was just too dirty and worn out.
