"Good value for money guest house."
I only stayed for one night. Arriving about 10pm and leaving at 6.30am so didn't see the bar or restaurant area. Check in and out was very simple and efficient. Small hotel parking space was full when I arrived but plenty off parking on side of the road. My room (room only, shared bathroom) was clean and bed very comfortable so had a good nights sleep. Shower/toilet/washbasin room was very small but did the job, but I would suggest booking an en-suite if staying longer than 1 night. Overall, good value for money for a short stay guesthouse. Thanks.

"Lovely room, super helpful owner"
We checked in late in the afternoon and checked out very early in the morning so we did not stay very long however our short time there was enjoyable. Melinda was super helpful from the first contact to the last. This was our first night in a new country and first experience using a guesthouse and Melinda made us feel very comfortable and safe. She was understanding of our late arrival, early departure and assisted with other requests even if it meant going out of her way. We stayed in a double room with an en-suite, it was very clean and we were provided with toiletries (which we later learnt was not necessarily the norm). The house is in a lovely quiet neighborhood and was a short drive from the airport. I would definitely recommend Ayuda House. Thanks again Melinda.

Beautiful gardens to enjoy a cup of tea, a glass of wine and a cigarette. Rooms very small, but acceptable.

"Convenient hotel"
Room was very clean but clearly needs some updating - chipped tiles in the bathroom, old fashioned shower. Best thing was the noise insulation and the fact that the curtains actually kept out the light.

Pocket Guide: Bed and Breakfast Hotels in Manchester

For those who prefer their accommodation a little more characterful than your average chain hotel, bed and breakfasts are the perfect choice. Manchester has a range of bed and breakfasts to choose from, whether you prefer to stay in the city centre or in more rural Altrincham. With most offering free self-parking for guests, it's easy to reach the area's main attractions.

Family-Friendly Amenities at Manchester Bed & Breakfasts

Manchester's bed and breakfasts are popular with couples and families visiting the city for a short break or longer stay. You'll find most offer a complimentary breakfast, to get your day started, with the majority also providing amenities such as free self-parking and free WiFi, great for sharing your family holiday snaps on social media. Some smaller establishments can have as few as five rooms, for a really cosy experience and personalised service, but still boast amenities such as tea and coffee makers, TVs and free toiletries in guest rooms.

Bed And Breakfasts near Manchester's Restaurants and Bars

Manchester has an excellent culinary reputation, and if it's affordable dining you're after, you'll find plenty to tempt your taste buds. From Korean cafes and curry houses to Greek delicatessens and street food stalls serving spicy burritos, it's all on offer here, at affordable prices. For drinks with a view, head for Cloud 23 Bar on the 23rd floor of the Hilton - don't forget your camera - or if craft beers are more your thing, the Sir Ralph Abercromby, a popular haunt with the city's football players, serves a great selection. There are plenty of farm shop cafés and delis selling local produce too, as well as markets such as Bolton Market, where you can pick up locally-sourced meat, fish and cheese, as well as exotic ingredients.

    Cosy Accommodation with Modern Amenities

Manchester's bed and breakfasts may be smaller in size than chain hotels, but all offer a warm welcome and modern amenities to ensure you enjoy a comfortable stay. With free WiFi on offer at most B&Bs, you can catch up with work, keep the kids entertained or share your holiday snaps on social media.
