Booked this hotel after fairly extensive research gave a positive indication. However, after checking in (no earlier than 3pm as is 'law') we were presented with a room on ground level that seemed to have missed the final tidy of the cleaning cycle. The bed, bathroom were clean, but we've stayed in cheaper rooms of better standard. In fact, my friend stayed at the holiday Inn and the room was of a better calibre. The pillows here could be better and the coffee pods should be the original nespresso ones so they may be recycled. All in all, not particularly impressed.

The bedding in the hotel is all less then 2 months old and we are currently looking at a extensive refurb towards the end of 2016 for the improvement of the hotel for our guests
we do provide Nespresso but on a survey from our guests they pefer the other brand and seem to be enjoying them more we also are recycling everything as part of Green tourism which we fully support
