The location is amazing, the staff are friendly and the quality of apartment is very good. However the £200 deposit is abit annoying since it's not clear when you'll get it back and inside our apartment we found a passport and plates that were covered with food.
Lovely apartment spoiled by an idiot before us who had smoked in a non-smoking room and left ash on the floor. Mentioned it after the first night. Staff shifted us to a larger apartment. Good sized and fully equipped. Windows didn't open all the way but fans provided.
Premier Apartment is place to stay in Manchester, Staff great and very helpful and knowledgeable, The location is the best, right in the city center and less than 5 minutes walk from Arndale shopping complex.
It was a great stay for me over a weekday even tho it was a bit loud until 2 am but nothing you wouldn't struggle to sleep though. I guess I wouldn't recommend it for weekend stay. I can see how it would be too noisy
I have stayed here a couple of times. The apartments are clean, modern and comfortable. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in this area.
