Pool not working
The pool area was not available and I discovered that on arrival. They must inform customers before arrival, so that we can choose another hotel!

Small and friendly place. We arrived 5am and they allowed us to use their facilities and then store our bags until we could check in later in the morning. Area around the hotel is very easy to walk around and navigate.

The review about this hotel is spot on. It is noisy very basic euro hotel I only would suggest as a transit for the River cruise.

The area around, Centro Historico is very nice and safe. Staff was corteous and friendly. Restaurant and breakfast are very good.

Booked this for the pool, only to find it was being renovated. This was nit advised even though i booked no more than month in advance. What's more the noise of the works could be herd past 18:00. Whole building was dated and life less with no charter particularly the restaurant which is plain and echoing bathroom grout all mouldy. Deluxe had tiny single beds. No free Shuttle. Area is a dump

We had a stressful time at this hotel because one of the room had problems so one of my friends had to keep swapping room from time to time. Shame that her issues affected me as well so the management is terrible. We all felt sorry for the staff. However the staff was always chasing us to pay for the food or drink we had at the restaurant, when some room at the hotel was in such a state. My room was fine but all the issues my friends had made my holiday very difficult. We could go out together because she was always trying to sort out her issues. I do not recommend this hotel, swimming pool was clean as well, it was full of ants. Terrible place I’m afraid.

The management is terrible. I felt sorry for the staff there, but the first night my hot water didn’t work, and then I changed room, and then my air con unit wasn’t working! It made such a loud noise! And then I changed room again. After all theses changes and moving up and down I was so stressed that I didn’t want to out. The manager trying to blame on me for the state of the hotel. After all this I got a refund of one night and got a room that worked properly. However it ruined my holiday.

The staff were the best and love the area. Love the pool and gym. The breakfast was great. Love how quiet the area is. The wifi was great too. The rooms have lots of space and everything I need in it like a safe and minibar.

Convenient and Great Service
I opted for this hotel during a business trip because of its central location to historic sights in the city center and its relatively short distance to the airport. Solid choice for convenience. Special thanks to the awesome support staff from the kitchen team to the concierge to the housekeeping crew. Hotel amenities are also great: pool, business center, air conditioning, gym, and breakfast. The bathrooms are a bit tiny and outdated but it did not bother me very much. Overall the rooms and hotel are very clean.

Hotel very good for a reasonable price.Staff axcellent. Location good. Felt very safe wandering around. Rooms street side are noisy as windows single payne. At our request hotel moved us to a quieter room facing rear. Elevator old type is a bit rustic.

The staffs are friendly. We had an early flight. They prepared the breakfast before hand so we can have a juice and a bite before leaving. The location is great. Simple but good hotel.

A great location.
Bed was very hard, could have been a foam fitting mattress versus a spring mattress. Air conditioning was not the best, we had to change rooms our first time we stayed, second stay the air conditioning was good but our bed did not have adequate covers.

Convenient location. Rooms were well presented but had to ask staff to get the TV working properly which should have been the default option. WiFI was extremely patchy - great in the foyer, but less reliable as you moved to the upper floors and would drop out for no known reason. Staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were attentive.

Horrible front desk was rude when I entered and was not accompanying me with anything. Next day at stay the front desk no one in the whole hotel Knew any English at all. The rooms have no way to call the front desk say if there was an emergency. I don’t know if that is legal. Don’t stay here!

From the moment that I checked in, until the moment I checked out...I was greeted warmly, assisted professionally, and felt completely welcome. The reception staff are friendly, helpful and represent their employer perfectly. The room was clean, tidy and everything was in working order. The morning's breakfast was fresh, diverse and filling. I highly recommend this hotel for all visiting in Manaus for short or long term stays. Thank you for providing me a word class experience!

Great hotel, great location
Booked 2 nights at hotel (night before jungle tour and night after), spent limited time in hotel but location was ideal, rooms were top notch, great views, breakfast was great, and staff were very friendly and helpful
