DONOTCOMEHERE I I wish I could rate this hotel 0 star in fact. That wouldn’t be right to some of the employees there. This hotel has been a disaster since my family came here for vacation & to visit family. They have completely ignored our request to clean the room on multiple occasions. Even when I informed them I found a cockroach in the bathroom tub. The AC feels like it’s not functioning properly. Even when we called the maintenance worker, the room doesn’t feel cool. We had 2 rooms 503 & 514. All this happened within the first 3 days of our family vacation & still had 3 more days to go. The lights & the water seem to turn off randomly at times during our stay. It happened when I was taking a shower & another when my mom was using the bathroom. They had another moment when the lights went off again. Also when taking a shower the hot & cold water seem to come out randomly if both knobs were turned on it keep a combination of the temperatures. It took good amount of calling the front desk to make sure things would even work a regular standard hotel experience, let alone a the Hilton name.The one saving grace is not the front desk it surely isn’t, it’s the workers, the cleaning staff, the maintenance staff. They were friendlier & more attentive to our concerns. I will NOT be coming back to this hotel ever again. STAY AWAY !!!!! Did not BRING ANY VALUE TO MY FAMILY VACATION.

I stayed at 5th floor and you I could not hear any external noise including other travelers. Staff was polite and professional demeanor. On the other hand, A/C did not cool as much as other room I had stayed 3 days before, Ice machine did not work and unfortunately there is no complimentary water ($3 for the one placed on desk). Overall, it was a good stay and the breakfast buffet was worth the price.

Dont stay with Hilton, its not what it used to be.
Was made to wait 3 hours upon check in for my room, after front desk tried to downgrade my reservation. After waiting 3 hours, was given a dirty room for 3 days, which was never cleaned properly upon complaint. Appears someone dyed their hair bright red in the shower immediately before my stay. Room was neither comped nor upgraded. Shantel on front desk was argumentative and unhelpful. Complained to Hilton directly who offered a 1 night free certificate then ignored and ghosted me when I asked for their supervisor. Hilton has lost their way and their mind.

Front office staff just horrible.
Over all the service personal were great. We loved the restaurant and the bar inside. My issue is with the font office staff. They gave a key of my room to a kid I did not come with. No one ever reached out to me to see if it was ok. They just handed it to him because the kid told them he was with me. Why bother taking peoples identification if you can just walk up to the front and say ur with someone and they will just give a key. I am so disappointed with the front office staff.

I stayed here for 1 night on 8/9/2023 and had a wonderful time. Loved how safe i felt. The neighborhood location is safe, people from outside cannot come into the hotel and I did like that. I also enjoyed the pool, and the staff who is super professional and extremely attentive. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good morning, last night I had an experience with someone pulling out a blade on me near the hotel while walking back from bars close by. After telling security and the front desk they did not flinch and warned us that It was because we were outside after 8 pm. My main issue was I never was given a warning. The good part is I work in security so I fended the guy off with my boyfriend and escaped to safety. However be warned of this hotel as it happen right outside of its parking lot.

The whole place smells bad, there is a strong musty smell in the corridors and in the rooms, the decoration and furniture are totally neglected, it seemed like a third-class hotel and not a HILTON, the furniture in the rooms had scratches and bumps like If they were old furniture, the bed had lumps as if the mattress was in poor condition, the sheets were dirty, the lack of supervision by the managers and a poor performance by the cleaning staff were noticeable. My wife and I decided not to stay for a minute in these neglected facilities, we immediately went to another Hotel.

I frequently travel to Nic to visit my fiancé and this time I decided to stay at the Princess Hilton, and I rented a "one bedroom executive suite, executive level" for ten days. Ten minutes was too many. I do not exaggerate when I say I enjoyed more amenities at the Motel 6 in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Basically this hotel is still riding with the COVID excuse to keep service and amenities to a minimum. It isn't the employees: the housekeeping staff, desk clerks, and restaurant staff were excellent. The situation requires very little scrutiny to see that the manager is simply not doing his job. For the first three days I asked employees to have him call me (I was told he shows up after lunch usually), after he failed to contact me I filed complaints with both Expedia and Hilton, to which he also failed to respond which says simply "I do not do my job." The complaints were things that could be addressed: the air conditioning worked in the bedroom but not the living room of the "suite". The minibar was not stocked "because of COVID" (yet they have a breakfast buffet and don't wear masks...such cheap liars!) and there was neither a mini fridge or microwave available in the suite or anywhere. Obviously the executive lounge was closed too, along with the ATM, gift shop, spa, along with every other amenity was closed; I was told if I wanted to warm something with a microwave I could go to the restaurant. Only body wash no rags. Go to the IHG and avoid this dump at all costs.
