My original reservation did not meet my expectations and they were accommodating, allowing me to upgrade to an oceanfront suite which exceeded expectations. The location is great. Many things are within walking distance. I utilized the salon twice during my stay, they were just as wonderful. I originally stayed as part of a big group and the last few days as a solo traveler. We had no issue with communication- we had one question and they responded within 5 minutes. It is a very large apartment with two bedrooms and large kitchen so was perfect for travelling with two teens. It had air conditioning and was very quiet and felt secure.
