"Nice location. Comfortable beds. But could be cleaner. I know it is a pet friendly place. But I don’t want to be covered in someone else’s pets hair or human hair. The couch and chair in front leaving room are not very clean or comfortable. The bedroom bed had hair all over the comforter and pillows.The kitchen is not very well stocked. The coffee machine water reservoir was gross. We were able to check in early. Which was great. But the code sent to us didn’t work. I was able to call and get someone to help after trying 3 different codes. Made me a little uneasy if the code was set for us or if compels could come in."

"I really like staying at the Shiloh. It has been going under renovations for some time. I can’t remember the last time I stayed there and the pool area was open. It’s also getting a bit rundown. Things like the carpeting need attention. Breakfast left a little to be desired, but it is towards the end of the ski season so it’s somewhat understandable. The staff is always very helpful and very friendly, so I will continue to stay here. I just wish it would get a little TLC."

"Such a wonderful experience! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room was very spacious and clean. We love our little balcony and fireplace in the 1 Bedroom Suite. Can’t wait to stay here in the winter!"

"Very dirty bathroom, doesn't look like it has been cleaned in a long time. Pink bacteria on the shower curtains and on the shower tile, missing caulk in the tub and growing mold, mold on the shower window and a loose bar of soap left from the previous guest. The rest of the room and property is rough around edges... I get it is old, but the bathroom was unacceptable. I usually stay in chain motels so I didn't expect much and just dealt with it because it's temporary but I will not be staying here again."
