LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located a stones throw from Canyon Lodge. No more schlepping your gear on a long walk or catching the shuttle. The cozy living room features a wood-burning fireplace, open floorpan, pool views, and even a sofa bed for additional guests. There is plenty of seating in the dining area with a full upgraded kitchen equipped just like home. The master bedroom features a King size bed, TV, and updated en-suite bathroom with two vanity areas and a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom offers two Twin beds and access to the hallway bathroom with stand-up shower and updated vanity. This property is adjacent to the lifts, sport shop and ski school at Canyon Lodge, as well as the Village Gondola allowing easy access to all the shops, restaurants and nightlife at the Village at Mammoth. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. The condo comes with one assigned parking spot in an underground parking garage (clearance 7' 2") with another parking spot available on a first come, first serve basis at the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. The condo sleeps a maximum occupancy of 6, there are 16 stairs to the condo, 2 levels inside and no smoking is permitted. This home is pet-friendly for one dog (second dog must be upon approval).
