Lodges 1122 is a beautifully upgraded 2 bedroom & loft 3 and a half bathroom townhouse in Mammoth Lakes. A spacious and luxurious property for you to enjoy extra comfort away from home. This property features an open floor plan living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has vaulted ceilings, a leather sectional couch, smartTV, comfortable leather chairs and a gas fireplace. The dining room has seating for 6 people. Additional seating is available at the kitchen bar. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with large island and everything you need to prepare meals. There is a large deck with seating and spectacular mountain views. The primary bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, smartTV and large ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub and double vanity. The second bedroom has a cozy queen bed, smartTV, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The loft has two queen beds and a twin bed, smartTV and ensuite bathroom with a shower tub combo. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer, an office space with a desk if you need to work and a half bath all located off the main living area. There is also a 1 car garage. 

The Lodges is located on Snowcreek Golf Course and is just a short walk to the red line shuttle. You are just a short drive to restaurants, shopping, skiing, Mammoth Creek and the lakes basin. The complex has a common area hot tub. The Lodges is an excellent location to enjoy Mammoth Lakes and everything the Eastern Sierra has to offer. Please no animals of any kind and no smoking. Needs some love to be worth it

I stay in Mammoth often. I've stayed in a few homes in Snowcreek. This is a very nice home. Unfortunately, it is not well appointed and feels overused. The kitchen is built for cooking, but it is POORLY furnished. Good luck piecing together the tools to make a proper dinner. Carpets are dirty. Stuff is falling apart. Just not well maintained and managed. For the price you can do WAY better.
