Location! Location! Steps to Canyon Lodge. Literally ski out your backdoor to Canyon Lodge and the Canyon Express Chair. This 1849 condo has absolutely the closest access to Mammoth mountain ski lifts making it ideal for skiers. If you don't ski you can stay at home and watch the skiers from the warmth of your fireplace. You will never have to move your car out of the underground parking garage during your stay at Mammoth. You can walk just steps to the Gondola for a ride to the Village and or use the free Mammoth shuttle which stops in front of the 1849 condos and can take you to the city center. Relax in our 1500 sq. ft. condo that has a rustic Mammoth Mountain cabin appeal. The living room features a big screen Smart TV with Blue ray and a home theatre system along with a large DVD collection. There is a highspeed wireless internet. The condo boasts 2 master bedroom suites with king sized beds and full baths and 1 bedroom with a queen bed and its own full bath and 1 queen size pull out sofa bed. The unit has its own washer and dryer just off the kitchen. We needed nothing but groceries and beer to satisfy everything we were looking for in our annual ski week at Mammoth. Only thing we would point out that there are only 3 real beds so you’ll need to share one of the King beds or sleep on the pull out couch (a comfortable pull out is a rare thing). Property is fantastic and they did some updates from the last time we stayed. This is our six year staying at this property and everyone loves it! From reservation, to check in and check out, the communication was excellent and the description was on point! We had an amazing time with all amenities and then some. A short two minute walk to the lift, quick gondola ride to the village, and plenty of restaurants or deliveries; made this place the perfect place for us to make new memories! Well stocked kitchen. Large boot warmer was a major plus. Owner was very responsive handling a minor bathroom hardware issue in less than 24 hours. This place was definitely a treat to stay. It felt like staying at a friend's actual house who has great taste in outdoor themed art and is well organized and well stocked with kitchen ware. Their pots and pans and equipment were even better than what I am willing to buy for my own home. My kids loved the availability of the games and ping pong table. ##### Kim C. My friends and I enjoyed our stay at this property. It was the perfect size for five adults and we loved having three bathrooms!! We appreciated how well-stocked the place is with everything you could imagine needing. Our only challenge was that it was very hot and there’s not many windows for circulation.We appreciated the fans in every bedroom but it was still pretty warm!
