I liked position I did not like (a) check in early inflexibility (b) ordering taxi which resulted in rip off by driver (c) asked for lower floor did not receive

Beautiful lobby...but I was not sleeping in the lobby. Rooms were dusty, parking was scary.

The hotel was lovely. However, the lobby emitted a fragrance that was impossible to tolerate for someone with a scent allergy. The manager said this was rarely if ever complained about and necessary for the fragrance of the lobby. I have never been at an upscale hotel with this issue, especially as more and more places are becoming sensitive to this. I was thus unable to be in the lobby.

Front of hotel is under construction. Very hard access to get into the hotel especially if you have a lot of luggage. Room was a good size and very comfortable with a big screen TV

There was NO hoy water the first 36 hrs No apologies from the hotel

The rooms were spacious but a little dated. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was adequate. The breakfast was very good and the location is excellent, The hotel is very good value for money compared to others in the area.
