The hotel was lovely.
However, the lobby emitted a fragrance that was impossible to tolerate for someone with a scent allergy. The manager said this was rarely if ever complained about and necessary for the fragrance of the lobby. I have never been at an upscale hotel with this issue, especially as more and more places are becoming sensitive to this. I was thus unable to be in the lobby.

We thank you for your feedback. In regards to your comments about the Lobby, we hardly have complains about the scent we are sorry that for you it was impossible. i have to say that we have a lot of guests asking about the scent.
