Our overall experience at O:LV Boutique Hotel was outstanding. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning. We’ll definitely return on our next trip to Puerto Rico. A special thanks to Mr. Francisco and Mr. Marco for making our stay even more memorable.

This is my 3rd stay here. Other than the $200 nightly incidental fee (you can either get it back at then end of your trip, or use it on spa, room service , drinks or any either of their ON SITE restaurants) and night hotel tariff fee it is truly a luxury experience. You won’t get that, “out of the country resort feel ANYWHERE ELSE” Our bar was completely stocked daily with complimentary snacks and beverages.

The receptionist, Sarah, was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs and ensure I was comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect, and everything was exceptionally clean. The rooftop pool and beautiful bar were the cherry on top, such amazing perks! Highly recommend.

Pros The rooms were clean. Central location Walking distance to most places No kids. Cons On the first day, the key lock became detached. They sent a handyman to repair and he tried his best. I went to the front desk to ask if they could give us a new room and the girl was a bit rude and said “no” unless it is beyond repair. The guy could not fix it so they ended up moving our room. We later found out that the door was recently broken by a couple that got into a fight. That same night, a fight broke out in the next room over. They yelled, cursed and threw things from 4am - 7am. When we arrived on Saturday, the pool was crowded and it was not a nice crowd. By Tuesday, this was no longer an issue. The pool was quite and clean. I assume this is an issue on weekends. Although the pool overlooks the ocean, you cannot swim here. It is rocky and dangerous. There is a sign warning you not to enter. Again, the crowd that stayed here was a young party crowd over the weekend. You could not enjoy a cup of coffee outside because of the smell of weed. The staff is a hit or miss. Some were nice and helpful and others looked like they did not want to be there. Staff are all very young and they behave that way, even in front of guests. At one point, staff were bad-mouthing customers without realizing we spoke spanish. I did get a text from the manager asking how things were going. When I stated I had a few bumps, he gave me a $75 credit. I don’t think I would stay here again.

We booked a room with ocean view and Our check in was at 3pm. We were told that the room wasn’t ready. And that if we wanted to we could take a room that didn’t have an ocean view but we would not get a refund for the difference.We had to wait until almost 8:30 pm until our ocean view room was ready, I think it was a tactic to make us get the other room so that they could rent it out for twice of what we paid for.Place needs to be updated but otherwise very organized and nice area to relax. Breakfast was great but you will pay $80 + for breakfast for 2.
