Being a vegetarian there was an ok selection but the chef could do off menu dishes if you asked. The wonderful Andri arranged private tours to Mayan Archeological sites like Uxmal and Chichen Itza as well as external Cenotes. Andri also arranged private visits to the onsite Cenotes (Jade, Paul and Emil) as well as the Caves - a must for geologists in this world famous Geological region. I felt the manager Gabrien and staff were a big family and were very keen to help you enjoy your stay. I will definitely be returning.
