Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room was very clean with the facility to make refreshment. Unfortunately when we ran the hot water it ran cold l reported this in the evening, The next morning we still had no hot water, but were offered an alternative place to shower, but we declined due to the current climate, so in reality the faults were resolved

Lovely setting. Great walking.
Clean and tidy rooms. Sadly didn't do food on Sunday or Monday nights, which were the two nights we stayed, but they will let you order in to the bar. Plenty of places in a 6 mile radius to eat too. Importantly, the beer was good, 3 real ales, well kept. For walkers, it is ideal, with footpaths in all directions, passing nearby, & within easy striking distance of the Malverns.
