Superbe destination

Pros: L'accueil par le personnel, le bain à bulles, chambre vue sur la mer...
Cons: La clairvoyance dans l'annonce lors de la réservation ( le tout-compris etait pour nous les repas egalement) nous avons du payer petit-dej en plus...
Location: Magnifique cadre.... ile en plein essort bcp de grus un peu partout... visiter les rues de St Julian tres jolie en mai-juin ce,a doit etre top
Super accueil par le personnel de l'hôtel... reçu en français... accès spa, piscine intérieure et salle de gym( formule dites " tout compris") pas de repas compris et piscine exterieure en travaux( pas assez de températures pour s'y baigner) mais vue sur la mer au réveil... juste un régal pour dépaysement... juste un bémol sur les prises de courant qui ne sont pas comme en France mais 3 trou... du charger mobile en usb sur la tv... et des bruit de perceuse au matin pour notre seconde nuit... Pour le reste rien a redire juste au top.... je conseille vivement!!!

Great hotel near beach

Great hotel with great spa facilities! Spent new year there and loved it! Drinks are little pricey but other than that all good!

Friendly helpful and accommodating

On the first night I didn't have a good night sleep cos the weather was bad,my room was really noisy picking up noise from the sliding door.Next day had to complain and requested to move us to another room without any questions they move us to more quieter room.I will recommend this hotel to my friend and family without any doubt.

Lovely hotel. Nice touch with the unexpected anniversary treat. Close to bus stop that can take you to the main areas in Malta. Shame about the recent damage to the swimming pool from the storm last month resulting in noise in mornings from the repairs. Would have been nice to be informed of these potential disturbances beforehand or offered free breakfast perhaps given frequent emails with the hotel re: transfers etc. Nice pool area 5 minute walk from main pool. Away from hustle of nearby St Julians which is accessible by bus.

Ha sido una estancia maravillosa. Sin duda un hotel recomendable al 100%. Gracias a Andreas, Fabrizia y Aaron de "Le Bistro", por cierto un restaurante totalmente recomendable tambien. Gracias a todo el personal por su excelente servicio y dedicación!

Ne pas y aller avant plusieurs semaines

Location: Pas grand chose à faire, quelques restaurants a coté
Suite a tempête, pas de piscine pas de hammam et donc très décevant... Dans la chambre, même si l'on éteint tous les interrupteurs, il y a un bruit de moteur permanent, il faut enlever la carte (clef) pour ne plus avoir ce bruit. Impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte, a l'extérieur une énorme ventilation très bruyante qui ne s'éteint que tard dans la nuit et s'allume très tôt (si l'on a une chambre cotè droit) A cause des travaux, pas d'accès à la mer ..... Hotel très mal placé finalement

Service not adequate for 5* hotel

On the first night of our stay we experienced one of the worst storms Malta has experienced. The sea waves were splashing onto our fourth floor balcony and the howling winds kept us awake most of the night. In the morning the lifts were not in use and a member of staff asked us to use the fire exit, as we entered the main hall and discovered the lower level of the building was flooded. We understand the hotel had damage to its building that caused unexpected difficulties but feel it could have been handled more appropriately and dealt with better from a customer service perspective, as we received no assurance that the building was safe to occupy nor were we informed or updated on developments after the flooding or offered the change of accommodation at the time of the other guests. It felt as if those guests that didn͛t raise their voices and complain were not taken into consideration.
