Very Bad coffee and poor breakfast. Also the rooms ( family suite) does not offer private areas for adults. There was no kettle and tea / coffee making facilities in the room

I should have listened to the reviews. Like others, we found the staff to be rude. We also didn’t get their “special limited bracelets” to the pool. I’m doubting if they exist. My kids were bummed. The menu is very limited and there’s not much nearby if you don’t have a car. Breakfast was very good and it was clean.

Dear Guest, thank you for leaving us a review.I'm sorry you were disappointed with the pool. We have a swimming pool, by reservation and for a fee, which is part of the Spa. It costs 34 per person. Those who book it have the right to use it privately and exclusively for two hours (sauna, Turkish bath, emotional showers, relaxation area and large heated hydromassage pool). No one else will be able to access it.The swimming pool next to the hotel (Idea Village), on the other hand, is not ours but we had about 20 free entrances available to give to our guests. In any case there was the possibility of accessing it because it was a public swimming pool, for a fee.Thank you.

Rooms are spacious,, 2 stories rooms,,, we are in spring so it's little hot, A/C works but if you like It really cold it won't get you there,, beds are comfi, loved the parking in front of. Your room, staff very nice, I had to pay 15 euro per person for breakfast, somehow good but lacks a little Would recommend

The only thing good here is the restaurant the food is superb. There is nothing for one to do they say they have a pool but you have to pay for it. basically you have to pay for everything. the TV in the room didn't work. I would not stay here again nor recommend. Also, the hotel is about 15mins from the airport and it cost 50 EUR to and from airport.

You have to pay €34 euros to use the spa or the pool, it does not say this prior to booking. Motel room showers were see through no privacy. Tv is all in Italian no options to change to English or use smart tv. Staff were not very helpful when asking them to do something e.g if you needed an iron you would have to remind them 3 times and even then you had to get it yourself. Breakfast was ok. Gym facilities were awful just 3 machines.

Our wellness center has been reopened for exclusive use for two hours where it will be only you inside without other guests; this information is present on our site and on all the various portals. the gym is also given for exclusive use or the four pieces of equipment will be totally yours for the period of use of the same.

Amazing stay
Staying at the Mo.Om was great for us as it was only approx 15 minutes from malpensa airport. We hired a car so getting into town was easy - as the Duomo is 45 minutes away. The hotel is amazing, including the facilities. Me and my husband booked the spa out for ourselves for a relatively decent price! The spa facilities including the pool - was perfect after a long day in the city. We also got massages, could’ve been cheaper but still worth it. Hotel staff were also polite. The hotel offers free parking. All in all the hotel was great, very nice to look at.

The look of the property at the reception look clean and elegant, so my sister made appointment for 2 massages facial cleansing and deconstracting massage, her experience was very bad, she was not happy at all and felt bad for wasting time and money. The room we got for 4 people was a loft style with king bed on the loft and sofa bed down in the living room, so there were no space to sit in the living room and we have to squeeze by the sofa bed to go to the bathroom. We came back in the hotel at night and was surprised that there were so little lights in the room, 2 small headlamps by the upper floor bed 1 table lamp on the table and 1 led light strip at the edge of the bathroom which was an eye sore to anyone in the living room it was shining directly to whoever sleeping in the sofa bed. The temperature in the room was stuffy , I started to have allergy and runny nose during my stay. In the morning I talked to the staff and wanted to check-out and get a refund for the second night because we were not enjoying our stay Andrea tried to accommodate us by changing the room to the same type but with the light on the ceiling instead of on the side wall, but at that point we were just very upset and felt like we have no choice so 2 of us left and stay elsewhere without changing the room. Just to mention this hetel doesn't have shuttle service at night and 15-20min from airport, and no train station nearby!

They will be able to explain which lights you can turn off or keep on even during the night (and without the key inserted). .As for the shuttle service, as written on all sites, it is by reservation and is active from Monday to Friday, until 19.00. At night, however, we can call a taxi for our guests. The train station, on the other hand, is about 10 minutes by car from us (Busto Arsizio Station) and can be reached by shuttle or taxi.Thank you,

We opted for a junior garden suite, located in one of the separate blocks at the front of the main hotel building. The Mo.Om is an eco-friendly hotel and we found the suite quite dark at first, but eventually got used to the low lighting. We chose the Mo.Om as we wanted the convenience of accommodation with a spa and shuttle service. On arrival we were told the shuttle was not running and there were no massage services either. It was quite costly to book the spa facilities - although we would have had sole use for 2 hours in the price. In the end we spent a bit extra for a 5 hour experience at QC Terme in Central Milan, which was absolutely AMAZING!!!! Staff were friendly and helpful - especially with booking taxis and giving advice about places to visit. Would suggest hiring a car, as there are not many amenities close by and walking is difficult with no pavements / fast roads. Getting around by taxi was costly. Didn't realise that Italian taxi drivers start their meters BEFORE they pick you up, so depending on how far they've come from it can be a substantial amount. Trains are cheap, with 2 stations within a 15 min drive that take you to most places. The accommodation was very clean and hygienic. Would've been nice to have fresh - not reconstituted juices at breakfast. More options like baked beans, hash browns and more choice for non-pork eaters, vegans / vegetarians would be good. Had a pleasant stay overall, but would stay more centrally if I visit Milan again.

Dear Guest, thank you for reviewing our facility.Inside the room there are various lights, adjustable with a keypad, so that you can decide which lights to keep on and which not.As for the shuttle service, as we always communicate, it is active from Monday to Friday from 07.00 to 19.00: for other days or times we call the taxis for our guests.As reported on the main sites, the Spa is by reservation and has a rate of 34 per person precisely because it is for exclusive and private use for 2 hours of time. The price is lower than that of the QC Terme Milano and our Spa is private, only those who book can access it.Thanks and I hope to see you again soon,

We stumbled upon this place after our Airbnb in Milan was not what we expected. We needed a place that could house 5 of us..as we are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. It is away from Milan central, but we were happy to get away. From the beginning the staff was friendly and offered suggestions to visit a near by town, which we LOVED. The only thing we wish we had was a car; we had relied heavily on trains and buses while in Italy, and the location of this hotel requires a little more creativity. Luckily, the staff was willing to set up the shuttle they offer or a taxi when not offered. The room was spacious and clean, and we loved the breakfast.

We ended up in this hotel due to a flight cancellation. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth and our room was clean and fresh. You are in the middle of nowhere and although there is a spa on site the charges to use it are quite hefty. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was excellent and plentiful. The only negative was breakfast in the morning. Make sure you are down earlier than the advertised time. The breakfast is served until 10 am. We arrived down at 9.20 am. Although there appeared to be plenty of choice some items needed replenished, such as plain croissants and some of the pastries. They never replenished anything and at 9.30 the staff started clearing away. The coffee machine was switched off at 9.40am Aside from this it’s a good business/airport hotel.

The property is really beautiful, the spaces around are clean and the building looks renovated. The price is good and it’s near the airport. We didn’t like the way they managed our situation though.

Parking in front of the room was the best feature. The room, however, was very hot and took quite some time to cool down. The pillows were essentially glorified cardboard. I like the quirky touches.

AC in the room was not working. I complained many times and they finally sent someone to check only in the evening. AC was not fully functioning. They did not have rooms to move us to. Their only option was to move us to their motel. I will never stay there again

The period in which she stayed the Hotel was fully booked and the only possible solution was to move her to a room in the Motel area. I hope you will want to give us a second chance.

Wonderful experience!
Was just as we expected! Lovely room, clean hotel, very friendly and helpful staff! Many options for breakfast and delivered to our room! Excellent facilities, including private parking outside the room, a great gym and comfortable cigar lounge. Would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again!

Don’t let the pictures fool you. We booked a family suite and it’s nothing like what was on the pictures. When I booked it showed a two level family suite, and showed a much nicer room. It made no mention that the family suites were detached from the main hotel. The main hotel is pictured all over Expedia and It is nice, something I would give a 3/4 star rating. what you get when you check-in is completely different. The family hotel is a completely separate hotel and it’s actually a detached motel, and it’s not what is pictured. After checking in we were walked OUTSIDE and directed down the driveway to our room. When I saw the room given to us, I complained, and staff acknowledge that it wasn’t the room pictured in my confirmation and I was told that they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate the suite that was pictured on my booking. Upon checking in I was asked if we wanted to add breakfast for an additional charge, which we added. I gave the receptionist a credit card to keep on file to add the breakfast charge, however the next morning when we tried to get breakfast we were told that we had not paid for the breakfast and were harassed until we got up to pay. I explained to the receptionist what had happened and gave her a credit card again. I asked her to keep it on file for any room services or charges, however the next morning the whole breakfast situation happen again. At that point it was more work to get breakfast at the hotel we ended up eating elsewhere

Dear Meli, Thanks for your review. We would like to clarify that all our family rooms are located in the external body of the hotel which does not correspond to the motel section which is completely separate from the hotel and is located in another branch of the hotel. As for the pre-authorization that is made for extras, it is a company practice that only serves to guarantee the charge in the room for a more comfortable management at the end of the stay but it is the discretion of each individual guest to choose whether to take advantage of this formula or not. We are sorry for the misunderstanding, however, and we hope to have you back as our guests soon.

Bel business hotel, ben arredato ma questo non evita che non sia caldo e caloroso. Il personale è accogliente e professionale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo sia per le camere che per i servizi. Poche prese di corrente in camera. Letto comodissimo e cuscini morbidi la camera era di design ma inevitabilmente rumorosa in quanto sul lato autostrada. Eravamo stanchi ed abbiamo riposato comunque benissimo. Ritorneremo sicuramente. Grazie.
