Dear Guest, thank you for leaving us a review.I'm sorry you were disappointed with the pool. We have a swimming pool, by reservation and for a fee, which is part of the Spa. It costs 34 per person. Those who book it have the right to use it privately and exclusively for two hours (sauna, Turkish bath, emotional showers, relaxation area and large heated hydromassage pool). No one else will be able to access it.The swimming pool next to the hotel (Idea Village), on the other hand, is not ours but we had about 20 free entrances available to give to our guests. In any case there was the possibility of accessing it because it was a public swimming pool, for a fee.Thank you.

We would like to clarify that all our family rooms are located in the external body of the hotel which does not correspond to the motel section which is completely separate from the hotel and is located in another branch of the hotel.
