Dear sirs, first of all many thanks for your time with us and for choose you hotel for your hollidays. Nice to know that you have enjoy the wievs, most of the times our staff and the food. We apologize if someone of our staff did something wrong during the check in proccess, but is not allowed parking at the entrance, because is the place used by the transfer buses and we did it to avoid problems; anyway our apologies once again if it was not the Wright way. In fact, it position, food supply and friendly staff make our hotel loved by the biggest part of our guests. As you state, we also provide our guests with a Coffee machine and a kettle, so that you can have the small pleasure to make it directly in your room. We might not supply coffee capsules and tea bags but on the other hand, we guarantee free coffee and tea at the bar after dinner.
