I decided on this hotel for its views and location and it was the right decision (despite road works along the front at the moment). Breakfast was brilliant, everywhere was spotlessly clean and my room was comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and rooms well appointed with a kettle and mini bar. Pool area and pool bar lovely. The lobby bar wan't open when we were there. Staff were excellent and went out of their way to wish my husband a Happy Birthday and sent a gift to the room. Great location. Good restaurants within 10 minutes walking. Beautiful view of the harbour and catherdral from the room. My only complaint was that the tea and coffee was not replenished each day so I had to call and ask for it. But they came and replenished it straight away so no complaints really.

Facilities in the hotel were good. The only let down was the quality of the food which was poor for a 4☆ hotel. We didn't have breakfast but the bar meals were just poor

At checkin I was offered breakfast for $13 a day and I added breakfast to our stay. Next morning, went to breakfast and they have no record of it. Charged us full price. Went to the lobby next morning to straighten it out and they said I don’t see breakfast added to your stay…

Property was great but the staff was rude at times. They gave me a room with an extra bed and when I asked them to change they asked why is the extra bed a problem. I had to try really hard to get the room changed and even then it was done like they were doing a favour to me.

My view. I was on a top floor looking into the river with a lot of bachata, cruise ships and the like. The sunrise was magnificent.

The property itself is really nice and so is the location. However, the front desk staff is not helpful whatsoever and most of them do not know their own policies. The rooms are average but the property itself is very nice. The restaurant staff is really nice.

Room was good size, pool and bar area very nice but gets busy early. The check in time was different on Expedia so when we went to check in we had to wait another hour, staff not wanting to help to check us in earlier.

Good hotel in great area but be aware roadworks going on for 2 years pedestrianising outside the hotel. A shame there is no bar to have a drink in the evening. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was dated, shower wasn’t clean and general felt unclean. Attempted to check in at 2pm as per booking confirmation but advised by reception staff check in was 3pm and Expedia “always get it wrong” Was stood at reception around 20mins before we was advise of this. Another couple were allowed to check in despite arriving the same time as us. Found a the reception staff rude compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in at Palma. Wouldn’t return to this hotel.

A short visit before flying home.
We have stayed here quite a few times. The hotel in in a good position on the Paseo Maritimo. Unfortunately there are ongoing roadworks outside but it didn’t worry us too much. It’s easy to access restaurants and the centre of Palma from the hotel. Our room had a super view of the marina and theCathedrial. It was clean a good size with a good bathroom.

The location is brilliant and absolutely stunning view of the harbour. The room is very dated but its fine if you are out all day. There is only one restaurant on site for breakfast (not sure if they offer lunch or dinner) Pool is small but enough loungers if you want to chill.

Large spacious room with a large bathroom. The air conditioner got very cold and the room very dark. The balcony is perfect to sit out and look at the harbor. It’s far from the beaches walking, but there’s a bus stop not far behind the hotel and we quickly found public transportation is a lot easier here than waiting in a taxi. Overall, this was a very nice property.

Nice but could do better
Extraordinarily slow check in service at the main desk - we waited over half an hour and it really wasn’t even very busy. Also we ordered 2 taxis between 8 of us from the front desk only to find when we asked what was happening with them that they’d been cancelled, but not until we’d waited for them for 25 minutes! Fairly basic rooms with no coffee or tea - I realise some Spanish hotels don’t do this our friends had coffee in their room but seems they had to pay extra for the luxury. Only 2 plug sockets so we ended up unplugging lamps to plug phones etc into. Good location on the seafront by the marina. Standard hotel breakfast.

The staff are great, the hotel is very clean and well looked after but my room was dated and the bed was not that comfortable. Also, the air conditioning in the room worked sometimes, while other times it just blew room temperature air. Breakfast is excellent.

Lovely hotel, just not room 414!
We have mixed feelings on our stay- the hotel itself is in a great location, the staff were lovely (generally, more later) and the room itself, were it anywhere else in the hotel would likely have perfectly been fine. The pool and restaurant were as good as they come. But the room- we were given room 414, which in our experience- should not be used as a room for guests. It seems to be the only room in the whole hotel without a balcony. Which, if it had may have given some protection from the noise outside our windows each night. There is a street with steps to the side of the hotel, which start at the ground floor and end right outside the window of room 414. Our Friday night, we did not sleep a wink- between people congregating on the steps to drink, the police clearing them off with a loudhailer and staff having a cigarette and chat at the exit right beside the window- they are fully entitled to this but they might as well have been in the room beside us. We did not complain, but on the Saturday night asked at reception were there ear-plugs available only for the staff member to say no, and to come back in the morning and they might have some then. Tired from the two nights, we tried to take a nap on Sunday afternoon only for a laundry delivery coming in and out of the staff entrance leave the room sounding like there was an earthquake happening. So as said- lovely hotel but if you get room 414- ask for another room.

Had the best view and stay on the 10th floor
We had a good stay as it was a very good location to commute to all where we needed to visit(asides the road work on the street which is so frustrating we had to take taxis to walking distance because of my toddlers) They were so kind to drop my daughter a cake on her birthday which I didn't tell them but they must have seen on her passport during checkout.. A very beautiful hotel, we don't get to use the pool as we had lots of activity outside, I will be staying again as I visit Palma often

Nice Stay
Nice hotel conveniently situated for all the main tourist areas and the Marina. Very polite and efficient staff. Room was a good size a little tatty and could have been cleaned more throughly but the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower water pressure not great but water nice and hot, towels large but a little thin and hard could do with replacing. The room was a little warm as the air conditioning was set to heat mode which couldn't be changed I'm guessing as it was still winter season? We opened the patio door which cooled the room. We were on the 11th floor and at the side of the building but you could still hear a fair amount of road noise as the hotel is situated on a very busy road. Overall we had a really nice stay and as long as you're on a high floor a good nights sleep.

Breakfast was plentiful and good range of food. Clean and spacious room. 10 min walk to the main area of the city where there are shops and restaurants, although there were a few restaurants just outside the hotel. We went in october which was pretty quiet so lots of sunbeds available by the pool.
