Good stay
The hotel location is great, it has a modern feel. The vibe was a bit too calm for magaluf maybe because of the time of year I went. Staff were friendly, security won’t allow you to have dates come back to your room, which kinda sucks since you pay a lot for your stay. The food is okay in the hotel, prefer to eat at restaurants

I chose this hotel because it was supposed to be a four star, adult hotel, it turned out to be a party hotel with many young people staying here, very noisy hallways throughout the night up until 5am. A huge group of recent high school graduates and university students arrived as part of tour group catering to students. If you are in your late teens, early twenties this is the place for you, anyone older - it's a no.

Great value for money and in a great location. The breakfast was good and the hotel was immaculate. I’d recommend for anyone looking to spend some time in this part of the island. My only small bit of feedback was my room was supposed to have a double bed, but was two singles pushed together. Other than that a fantastic stay!

Okay but a few disappointing areas
Good hotel, had to wait a while for check out, no atmosphere around pool music was awful and large dj booth was empty the entire time even though it was August. Pool area nice although didn’t like that none guests were allowed to use due to lack of sunbeds. Would revisit but only if it was cheap otherwise I would look elsewhere .

Disappointing
The hotel is in a good location, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. However the hotel in itself is very basic, the room I stayed in had seen better days. The walls and ceiling had splatters of random dirt on them. The hotel staff was not welcoming at all, they provided what you asked for but with no hint of a smile, just a blank expression. I will visit Majorca again but won't be returning to this hotel.

On arrival the receptionist was quite rude. The stay was decent though the walls are very thin and we could hear all sorts. On our final day we arranged to have breakfast early as we had an early flight, when we went to the restaurant, all staff seemed clueless and said they’d forgotten. Perhaps better communication and organisation

You should ensure that guests know the current name of the hotel so they dont end up at an abandoned hotel location, having to find locals out at midnight for help finding the proper hotel.

Hotel was great and everything was awesome, but the beds are not so comfortable. They only have two twin size beds. I would suggest to upgrade to either queen or king size single beds

Incredibly modern and clean hotel. Good food and pleasant environment around the pool. Very near the beach and some good restaurants along the seafront. Would stay there again. Good hotel for kids and very near great activities and theme parks for them to do and visit. And all round great hotel for adults and kids. There is an area where children are not allowed giving adults quiet and rest and relaxation.

Hotel looks nice but in reality not so
Me and 2 friends stayed for a week, the hotel is beautiful, the room was clean and fresh, the air con wasn't working properly, we went to reception and whilst we were at dinner it was fixed for us, the dinners are ok but the meats were cold/luke warm everyday! The only polite staff were those on reception the rest were rude!

Perfect stay - modern, clean, well equipped hotel
We had the perfect stay in Sol House The Studio Calviá Beach. It was beautiful, modern, clean and well equipped. The hotel was in the perfect location and has 2 pools! Your room has small bottles of complimentary after sun and sun lotion which is a great touch. It is not somewhere you want to stay if you are planning on a quiet holiday though as there are people arriving in and out of the hotel at all hours as Magaluf is a big party area. This hotel suited us perfectly. The only problem we had with our stay was the smell of sewage from the bathroom, there must be an underlying issue with the sewage in the area. Just put down the toilet seat and keep the bathroom door closed to keep the smell at bay.

Hotel was good, nice and clean. The staff were lovely and very helpful. It was very close to the beach. Although we got robbed in the beach, and we get upset. But the staff were very nice, helped us to contact our family. In total I recommend this hotel.

A long weekend in Magaluf
When I got to check-in I was told that Sol House would be closing during the period of my stay ... and I was offered accommodation in the nearby Sol Wave overlooking the beach. I took up the offer and was very happy there. Very goos service from the Sol chain.
