We enjoyed our stay. There was a pool for days when it was too hot to go elsewhere. Many restaurants nearby, beach 5 minutes walk if you're slow. Ideal.

Fantastic
Had an amazing stay. The apartment was as it appeared in the photos. The rooms are relatively basic but it had everything we needed for the week. The pool was a good size and plenty of sun beds in sun and shade. It was a very chilled atmosphere which is perfect for relaxing. Ideal location for us: Super close to a smaller beach and only 5-10mins walk to the main beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful at the reception.

The staff were absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the sofa beds were of excellent quality. The pool area and grounds were all spotless.

Lovely quiet hotel within easy walk into where the main restaurants and bars are but in a lovely quiet area to enjoy your holiday. Also easy to get a sun bed. 2 beaches within an easy walk. The children enjoyed the pool and the rooms are perfect, small kitchen with enough cooking utensils for lunch and beds were so comfortable. The perfect get away.

Calm and comfy place
The Apart hotel is in a quiet part of Santa Ponsa but very close to the center. The place is very clean and well maintained. There was no noisy clients and the staff is excellent. If we come back to Santa Ponsa we will stay there for sure! See you soon :-)

View ,Saff helpful, location great, rooms clean with a little kitchen. Only downside is no English Channels on TV to keep up with the news and sport , All Spanish and German . Loverly swimming pool also right next to little beach . With great restaurants, and mariner near by as well as the big beach .

Sun beds for everyone
We Absolutely loved our stay. Located in the quiet part of Santa Ponsa with a short walk to a secluded cove beach and on to a yacht club, you’d have no idea you were in a massive holiday resort. A ten minute walk in the opposite direction brings you to the main resort, bars and restaurants. A lovely bakery opposite the apartments for breakfast, coffee and lunch is inexpensive and very good quality. The pool area has plenty of sun beds for everyone and was great fun for all the children and adults alike. Pool doesn’t open until 10am which is a bit odd and my only complaint. We will be going back.

The apartments were spacious and beautifully decorated. The facilities such as the pool and bar were great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I would have is that the WiFi was charged and quite expensive (20€ a week per device).

Great apartment in perfect location
A lovely apartment complex on the main road out of Santa Ponsa. We were close to the small beach, supermarkets and a few bars and restaurants and only a short (5-10 minute) walk from the main beach and tourist area. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pool had plenty of sun loungers (though was too cold to swim in in early May). We were able to park for free on the road that ran behind the accommodation and were able to access it through a small gate at the back. The room was well equipped for self catering, though as we were required to put the key card into the slot to run the electricity, the fridge did go off if we left the apartment. WiFi was an additional charge, which we did not take up as it was lovely to get away from it all for a few days.

Third stay at surfing playa, twice under new management. My friend and I arrived around midnight, check in was quick then we were shown to our room which was spotless and modern, newly refurbished last year. Be aware although booking a one bedroom apartment with two single beds we were informed on arrival that the every room/apartment now only have double beds and a sofa bed in the living room which wasn't ideal, we hadn't paid for either of us to sleep on a sofa all week! We booked with hotels.com but not sure if they or surfing playa are to blame for the mixup, also surfing playa website states strictly no groups/ stags/hens ect although most of the guests were groups/stags/hens ??? But there were no problems at all with either, surfing playa maybe should adjust their website? Also says free WiFi but you have to pay for this.

Lovely quiet apartments
The refurbishment of these apartments has been done to a high standard. Very comfortable bed and when we were there it was very quiet Having read previous reviews I think there had been a lot of Hen and Stag groups allowed to stay, but when we there that had seemed to stop. We had a couple of issues when we arrived - we couldn't get our safety deposit box to work, there was no plug in the kitchen sink and our toaster wasn't working. It took one visit to reception and all issues were sorted out in minutes. The only complaint I have is that in the 11 days we stayed the apartment was cleaned once with only one change of sheets.

Clean, but a few surprises caught us off guard.
We stayed here at the weekend. Rooms are basic and clean. Went with a group of friends, but would recommend for families as well as it was so clean and spacious. However, there is a really bad smell from the sewers which came through the bathroom. It wasn't pleasant but we were able to deal with it. They also haven't stated on these booking engines that there was a £200 deposit needed on all rooms when you arrived. Not a great surprise at 3am.

Nice Hotel in excellent location.
Location of Hotel is ideal, just a short walk to the restaurants and bars of Santa Ponsa. It is also between Two lovely but very different beaches, The large main beach with its sun beds and water sports, beach bars and toilets. And a small cove beach with just one restaurant and bar. Both are well shaded with trees lining along the back ideal for younger children. Rooms are nice, beds comfy and their is a walk in shower. Our air con worked well. The hotel has a mixture of family and single sex groups and can get a bit noisy, around the pool in the afternoon and at night when people return to their rooms after a night out.

Good property at a good price!
We managed to get an apartment for 4 people at a very reasonable price so we didn’t expect a lot! But on arrival you could tell a lot of recent work had been done to modernise the place. At check in we needed a credit card for deposit purposes so worth knowing. The apartment itself had a decent enough kitchen, nice modern bathroom and the bedroom was a good size. The biggest downside was that it wasn’t cleaned at all during our stay! We got a set of fresh towels half way through but that was it so we had to wear flip flops around the apartment. Very impressed with the pool - lovely and warm, comfy to sit on the side and big enough to be able to swim even when busy. Poolside shower which was great. The bar was reasonably priced too! Also a great location for both of the beaches. Lots of shops nearby for supplies, on the quieter side of Santa Ponsa. Would return!

The accommodation was very good and well maintained. I wish we had 2 bedrooms as I felt the sofa and trundle was uncomfortable for adults. A double sofa bed would have been more suitable. Excellent in every other way and staff were excellent.

Having never been to Europe I wasn't sure what to expect but there is no parking at all. We had to park 2 blocks away in a dirt lot. Also, had to pay for every device that needed wifi. Staff was very friendly although the room was never made up in 3 days. Worst part is we asked for towels for the beach/pool and were told they didn't do that. Guess I should have brought my own......
