The staff are very rude and do not understand English. There are always misunderstanding between guests and staff. The girl handling the bar next to pool tables was very rude. The room didint have a fridge or hair dryer in bathroom. The internet is not free and its ridiculously expensive to buy hotels wifi and its only for one device when you buy it. Overall very unhappy with our stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. But the location is great.

Worthy service with some mistakes
Very kind and helpful staff. But we had smelly room, although it was clean. Food was average . "All inclusive" service was slightly crazy, because they have only local unknown whisky, rum which tasted weirdly. They serve drinks like vine and beer exclusively in the small 2dc plastics cup - which is not my style of tasting beer. Therefore I radher not go back again.

The hotel staff was ok. But the room was not ok at all. The smell of linen was bad. That's why when we were coming back in the evening at the room, the smell in the room was awfull! - The quality of breakfast and dinner was not nice at all. The juise was with chimic taste. We drunk just water. + The fruits was nice. There are apples, oranges, melons, watermelons, pears. And of course the cheese was tasty. Main deashes at dinner was tasty but other meals was not well and low quality. - Wifi was not free and expensive even in lobby was also with money. - Safe with money. - Hairdresser absent in the room. - Dust under bed at arrival! - minibar absent. - Power socket only one in the room and one at bathroom. - very dark in the room. Both curtains doen't miss the light inside. + cleaning was made every day, but towels was not changes for 4 days and shampoo wasn't replanished. I think for 80 euro per day that we paid quality of this services are not justified!

Family Brown towel fights
Your hotel is not worth the price advertised. We were put in basement rooms. Beds were not good and my wife had to request change of mattress because she hurt her back from sinking hole. Towels were a daily fight. 3 of the 6 days we got no towels and the other 3 we had to fight to get extras for 4 people. Floor needed cleaning. Only good mark was the food.

The hotel is located very centrally to shops, bars and restaurants, The beach is really nice however the hotel room was very small beds weren't the most comfortablesr I have slept in. There was no refrigerator or tea/coffee making facilities which was disappointing. We were half-board, the food in the restaurant is quite average, but tasty. Would I go back to this hotel? Yes provided that they lower their prices to suit.

Couldn't get closer to the beach, fantastic value
Friendly staff, rooms comfortable and clean. We couldn't fault them really. Although we had half board, as vegans we didn't think we'd eat at the hotel as we assumed there would be nothing for us, but there was a great selection of cereals, fruit and hot food - toast, baked beans, tomatoes, mushrooms. In the evening there was always loads of salad so we ate there throughout our stay and just went out for lunch. It wasn't amazingly complicated food, but it was fresh and plentiful and staff were cheerful and friendly even when faced with an extremely busy dining room. We only stayed for 4 days as a cheap, relaxing quick break and it certainly hit the spot. The pool area was small and full of kids on lilos so we didn't use it, but the beach was 10 steps from the hotel so we just went there every day. It was August though, so outside the school holidays I imagine it would be quieter.

Short break
It was only a short stay.the room was a good size but we had to walk up 2 flights of stairs not good if you have a lot of luggage.it was an economy room so had no balcony. Having said that it was adequate for our neads. Clean and modern with a large flat screen TV

Well situated hotel on beach front
Checked in with a really rude receptionist who described our room as a budget room?? On reaching the room it was a triple room in the back of beyond with no balcony (not what was booked). It was sufficient for the weekend but if I was staying for a week unfortunately I would have asked for a refund and booked elsewhere. Needless to say I wont be returning

Nice hotel on the beach
Arrived at hotel columbo nice room did have 2 sea views but balcony not really big enough to sit out comfortably. Swimming pool not really big enough but this was not an issue as beach right there which was a bonus. Food at Columbo was really nice, plentiful and variable there was something for everyone. Going back next year !!

Me sorprendió poder comer aunque fuese limitado a la hora de llegada que fue a las dos de la madrugada , eso no lo había visto nunca en un hotel o apartamento, la limpieza ... pues la habitación excepto el suelo que tenía arena de playa por todos lados era decente

nice not big hotel with normal facilities, limited but well cooked food and pleasant mid-size rooms. poor tv programs choice (no sport at all), tv signal was bad. no free wifi even at reception (regards from 21st century), no respect to the "don`t disturb" sign: maids ignored it and came inside as if to make up the room (floor wasn`t cleaned, balcony door was kept open, belongings were replaced) - so it looked like too much of strange curiosity, just don`t know whose: personally of the maids or by manager's order

Das Hotel ist in keinem guten Zustand. Das Zimmer wurde im Anbau gegeben, zu dem man mit dem Aufzug in die 3. Etage fahren musste, um dann wieder 2 Etagen Treppen runter zu gehen. Der Raum war über einem Heiz/Kühlraum, jedenfalls ein Raum, in dem eine Maschine so laut brummte, dass ein Schlaf oder längerer Aufenthalt im Zimmer mit Unterhaltung NICHT möglich war. Bei der Bitte das Zimmer zu wechseln wegen des unerträglichen Lärms wurde gesagt, dass das nur am nächsten Tag möglich wäre und dann wurde dies verneint. Do not Disturb Schilder werden einfach nicht beachtet und die Zimmer betreten. Das Frühstück und alle sonstigen Mahlzeiten sind nicht genießbar, selbst die Getränke außer Wasser sind nicht genießbar.

Bra hotell, ligger helt ved stranda. fikk med balkong og det var gode senger. rent og nye håndklær hver dag. vi hadde halvpensjon. god og variert mat. Hotellet egner seg veldig bra til badeferie. sentralt mye restauranter og barer i nærheten, mange med levende musikk. Anbefales.

Der Empfang ___________ War OK, aber definitiv nicht gut. Man bekam die meisten Infos, die man für den Aufenthalt benötigte, jedoch wurde man erstmals ignoriert, dann nicht sonderlich freundlich begrüßt und nur auf Nachfrage wurden einem tatsächlich die Infos zum Hotel gegeben. Das Zimmer ____________ Türe auf und Schimmel in den Lungen. Das Zimmer hatte beim Öffnen bereits einen starken Schimmelgeruch, welcher sich trotz allen Anstrenungen (Durchlüften, nicht zu heiß duschen, putzen etc.) die Woche über extrem intensiverte. Ansonsten ok, nicht gut. Amaturen verrostet, Möbel aufgequollen. Der Pool ________________ War viel kleiner als gedacht. Aber wer braucht schon einen Pool, wenn er das Meer direkt daneben hat. Das Personal ____________ Nicht sonderlich freundlich, ausser man spricht fließend Spanisch. Wir haben es auf deutsch und englisch versucht, jedes Mal wurden wir von oben herab behandelt und bekamen nur angenervt kurze Antworten. Aber es ging nicht nur uns so, dieses Verhalten konnte man bei fast jedem anderen Urlauber sehen, der nicht fließend Spanisch sprach. Das Essen _______________ Das meiste Essen triefte von Fett. Es gab abwechslungsreiches Essen und immer Gemüse, Salate und Obst, sowie Nachtisch, aber die Hauptspeisen und Beilagen waren sehr fetthaltig. 2-Klassengesellschaft: Halbpension-Gäste müssen für ihr Getränk am Abend zahlen (ok) jedoch muss man dafür kämpfen, dass man es überhaupt bekommt. (Spanisch sprechende) All-inclusive-Gäste werden umsorgt.

Mooie ligging van het hotel
Eten en drinken was okay, genoeg keuze voor menig dieet. Wij, niet-rokers, vonden het wel vervelend dat bij het zwembad/terras geen rookvrije zone was. Er wordt erg veel gerookt door het publiek van Mix Colombo, dus je zit buiten continu in de rook.

Nettes Hotel mit super toller Lage!!
Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie dort!!! Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt!!! Die Lage von diesem Hotel ist einfach ein wahnsin für Leute die nicht so den Rummel wollen!!! Wir kommen auf jedenfalls wieder!! Das einzige was man verbessern kann ist das Essen!!! Aber ansonsten war es ein super toller Urlaub!!!!

Dieses Hotel ist leider nicht zu empfehlen. Unser Zimmer war eine Katastrophe. Das Badfenster hatte keinen Griff. Der Balkon zeigte auf eine siffige Hauswand. Es gab zum Teil kein Wasser und ein Anruf an die Rezeption War nicht möglich da das Telefon mit losem Kabel im Zimmer stand. Das Zimmer war sehr schmutzig. Das Frühstück war eine Zumutung, unhygienisch und wirklich auch bei 3 Sternen Landeskategorie darf es ein wenig qualitativer sein. Zum Abendessen sind wir gar nicht erst uns Hotel gegangen. Sorry für diese ehrliche Bewertung....

Nettes Hotel. Super Preis-/Leistung
Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel. Seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt hat sich die Qualität der Speisen (wir hatten Halbpension) aber leider etwas verschlechtert. Sie ist jedoch immer noch sehr gut, jedoch mit etwas weniger Auswahl. Das Personal ist aber sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Strandnahes Hotel mit magerer Küche
Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und vor dem Hotel befindet sich ein schöner Sandstrand. Das Zimmer war okei, etwas ringhörig für Personen die einen leichten Schlaf haben. Die Küche war enttäuschend, oft das selbe und eher schlechte Qualität ohne Geschmack. In der Nähe gibt es jedoch diverse Bars und Restaurants. Daher nicht unbedingt all inclusive buchen. Gut für einen ruhigeren Aufenthalt da es nicht wirklich Partymöglichkeiten gibt.

The front desk staff was quite polite, but the room was terrible. It was dirty, there was still sand on the floor from previous guests, the bed sheets were dirty and had stains on it, the balcony was covered with sand, the bathroom was dirty with hair from previous guests all over, the tv wasn't working and the phone wasn't even plugged in. We asked them to clean the room again (because they had no other room for us), left for more than 3 hours and when we came back, only the bed sheets were changed and the floor was vacuumed. There was still hair all over the bathroom, sand on the balcony. We had only one towel, although we asked for another towel 3 times already. Finally a lady from the cleaning staff came into the room (that was already the third time!) and cleaned the balcony and wiped the bathroom. In the end, when she left the room, I wiped the bathroom myself! When we asked if they could print out our transfer confirmation (one page!), the receptionist said that he has to charge 1,00€ for printing. Ok, we paid 1,00€ and when I saw the print, half of the text was missing because they didn't change the cartridge! The beach is literally next to the hotel which is great, but when you come closer to the water, you see that there is grass all over! Disgusting! Nobody cleans that grass that the wawes bring to the beach! I was really glad that we stayed only for 3 nights. I would never return to this hotel in my life and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Really sad.

Lo peor del hotel es la habitación, no se si es el gotele de la manolita de "manolo y benito" o la limpieza; les cuesta un mundo cambiar las toallas, no cambian el jabón usado, es mas.. juraría q no cambiaron ni las sabanas de un día para otro, porque había tierra de playa por la noche. Otra cosa que destacaría es el bufete, comida poco variada y repetitiva de un día para otro, eso sí, no está mala y el servicio muy bueno, simpáticas camareras y rápidas. Lo que compensa muchas deficiencias se podría decir que es la ubicación, en primera linea de una playa muy buena y con un buen ambiente.

Forvent ikke den store luksus, men de har hvad man har brug for! Vi havde all inklusiv og der er ikke det store udvalg, men er du ikke kræsen er der også noget til din smag! Pool området er ikke stort, men stranden er jo lige uden for døren. Personalet var flinke og hjælpsomme. Set med vores øjne et fint hotel til prisen.

Günstiges Hotel mit Schwächen
Positiv: Das Hotel liegt direkt am Sandstrand. Negativ: Es wird ein Handtuchservice angeboten - man lässt die dreckigen Handtücher auf dem Boden liegen und erhält dann neue. Die dreckigen Handtücher wurden immer mitgenommen, jedoch erhielten wir keine neuen. Ebenso bekamen wir keine neue Seife/ Duschgel, wenn dieses alle war. Daher mussten wir leider immer wieder zur Rezeption gehen und hinterherlaufen. Der Fußboden war immer staubig und sandig. Im Bad gab es keine Lüftung und kein Fenster - es wundert also nicht, dass mir nachts mal ein Silberfisch über den Weg lief. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Es gibt ausreichend Essen und verschiedene Gerichte. Diese sind aber leider verkocht und wenig gewürzt. Das Fleisch ist pampig und es gibt wenig Abwechslung. Getränke mussten wir extra zahlen. Beim Frühstück habe ich frisches aufgeschnittenes Obst vermisst - aber man kann es nicht allen recht machen. Lebensmittel mit aus dem Hotel zu nehmen ist verboten - wer dies tut wird rausgeworfen. Blöd für die, die Vollpension gebucht haben und sich für einen Tagesausflug etwas mitnehmen möchten. Für die Nutzung des Safes mussten wir bezahlen und entgegen der Beschreibung passt kein Laptop hinein. Der Pool ist viel kleiner, als auf den Bildern zu erkennen. Ein Nachtlicht funktionierte nicht. Alles in allem kann man sagen, dass es sich um ein gütiges und nah am Meer gelegenes Hotel handelt, von dem man aber nicht allzu viel erwarten darf. Noch einmal würde ich dort nicht buchen.
