Despite being dated, still a decent value property in Cala D’Or located close to shops and restaurants. The pool is nice, but keep in mind the people “reserve” their Sun loungers so after 9 there are none left. The main downside I would say is the noise which after 7:30 in the morning is pretty constant: furniture screeching, doors slammed and also noise from corridor. If you plan to sleep late this is not the hotel for you. Other small things like charging for the safe are also a bit stingy, but I guess this one is at least clear.

Amazing hotel and we had a truly great time, highly recommended! We went as a family of four with half board. Pros: Spacious 1 bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the pool Amazing food offering for both breakfast and dinner, vast selection and very delicious! Great free entertainment included, particularly for the kids! We did not leave our kids in the miniclub for the entire day, but the minidisco every night was second to none! The guys and girl running it are so passionate about what they do, always performing with a genuine smile and radiating love for children and the work they do! A lovely cat, hens and roosters live in the yard, making a morning wake up quite unique! Great WiFi in the apartment Lovely family friendly location with plenty of shops, restaurants and a kids entertainment park nearby, as well as a beach all within walking distance. Cons: Parking - no official parking that we could find with limited on street parking at the back of the hotel - we were lucky enough to always find a space but can imagine it being a nightmare in the very busy summer season The apartment, although clean and fully functional, is quite dated - could do with an upgrade of furniture and decor There were a couple of occasions when the hot water in the shower just ran out.. Soundproofing of apartments could be improved

The stay was ok. We reached at night and the receptionist had no idea how to direct us to parking, there was no drinking water available at the property. Overall I will book another hotel next time I am in Mallorca.

The property is very tired looking, and our apartment had no frills. However, that was to be expected at the price we paid. The whole site was immaculately clean which was wonderful. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful - we needed a doctor quite urgently for our daughter and one arrived within 20minutes of us arriving, way before the official check in time. They were cheerful throughout and wonderful with the children.

Cala d'Or Azul Garden
We had a nice stay here. It's part of a 3-hotel complex with some shared amenities. They had outdoor tents like live music every night we were there. The buildings are not new and they show some ware & tear, but they are kept up pretty well. Staff is friendly and the location is great, very close to the beach. The mediate area has a lot of shops and restaurants. This is not the best area if you want a truly authentic or more private / serene experience. But the beaches nearby are beautiful and there are a lot of services nearby.

We liked how big the pool was and how child friendly it was. Plus we were still able to get a sunbed at 11am and they actually enforce the policy of not reserving sunbeds, which is probably why we were able to get them!

Lovely stay in Mallorca
It’s a nice hotel close to shops and restaurants. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that the rooms are not soundproof so sometimes we heard the neighbours moving furniture or kids crying early in the morning.

Absolutely brilliant holiday, all the staff were very pleasant and helpful, we stayed in a one bedroom apartment, which for 2 of us was very spacious and comfortable. Lot's of supermarkets and restaurants close by, the takeaway pizzas from the mini golf at the front of Cala Azul Park are wonderful and Eroski Supermarket is about a 12/15 minute walk, some very interesting local foods and wines and fresh sushi being made, we bought some and it was delicious.

Drab room, beautiful pool, good location.
Room was ok, but was expecting more. Quite drab and old looking King bed acting as Twin beds is very annoying. Great Balcony. Beautiful grounds. Reception was friendly. Not really 3 star. More 1970s 2 star. Bit overpriced. Good area for restaurants. There is much they could do to update and refresh. Pool is lovely. Kitchen is handy.

Lovely Stay at Cala Azul Garden
We had a lovely 10 day stay at the Cala Azul Garden as a party of 4 - myself and my husband, teenage son and his friend. The apartments were clean and spacious with a small kitchen, good sized lounge and TV with all main UK channels (handy for World Cup!). The pool, snack bar and gardens were immaculately kept and usually plenty sunbeds for all into mid-morning. All staff were helpful and friendly. Plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets within 5 mins walk and only a further 5 mins to central Cala D'Or. The Karoake in Carabel Bar round the corner for the apartments has to be seen/heard to be believed - very entertaining. The only downside was the occasional noise of scraping furniture being moved around in apartments upstairs (we were on the ground floor) but nothing that would put us off staying again.

Very good experience at this hotel. Nice area with lovely beaches close by. Service excellent. Our room was not overlooking the pool side of the hotel but this was actually better for us as it was quieter. Just a bit of noise now and again from the floor above but this is always the case in hotels, etc. Surprised to find all the UK terrestrial channels on the TV as well as the German, French and Spanish channels. WiFi was fine for normal browsing etc. on our phones. No oven in kitchenette but there is a stovetop and microwave and plenty of options for eating out too. Handy that basic essentials were in the room on arrival - washing up stuff, bottle of water in fridge, some toiletries in bathroom (and loo rolls!). Bathroom fine with powerful shower. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

A little out of the way, but enjoyed our stay.
On arrival we werent to happy as we`d realised we were in the Inturotel Cala Azul Garden and not on the beach or near the restaurants and facilities. First morning we went to inturotel esmeralda park which is about 10minute walk for breakfast at 8:30am. It was manic, there was a queue for tables which was about 5 minutes wait and i`ve never seen so many people at a breakfast in a hotel. Next day we tried to ask to move to the Inturotel Cala Azul Park , the staff were very helpful but couldnt find any available rooms. So we stuck with the Azul Garden and changed the restraurant to the Inturotel Cala Azul Park. That one is much nicer than the esmeralda park, smaller and less busy and also a nice terrace overlooking the pool and sea. The Azul Garden actually turned out to be quite a nice place to stay as it was quieter than the other areas of the hotel complex. It did have the downside of having nothing but the pool and pool bar and the rooms, but seeing how busy the other hotels were this worked out a more relaxing place. I cant really fault the staff, they were all excellent. The kids club was also good but the hours for the younger kids were really short and we only used it on a couple of occasions. The beaches around the resort get very crowded, Cala Ferrera is the nearest beach, about 10mins walk but was horrendously over crowded, everyones beach towels were almost touching the one next door. The water was also very cloudy. Cala Esmeralda was better, smaller , and quiet.

Simple, clean and convinient
We were two families with two 6 year olds and 1 12 year old at Azul Gardens . It felt very safe for them to have the independence to go from the pool to the room as we could see them at the balcony from the pool and vice versa. The beaches were beautiful. We are going back next May half term.

Fantastic complex.
Great hotel, which is part of a 3 hotel complex, The location is beautiful, set around a cove with sandy beach. The scenery is amazing..you get to use all amenities between the 3 hotels.... There is a busy strip with restaurants, bars, shops & childrens play area just outside the complex. We had a great holiday & we will come back in the future....

Our first visit to Cala D'o
We requested a top floor apartment with a view of the pool, which is what we were allocated. Our best holiday in Mallorca. The location of the Azul Garden was just what we wanted, close enough to the sea and not too far from shops and restaurants. The staff were brilliant, helpful, pleasant and obliging. The room was cleaned to high standard. In addition the hotel provided a bottle of wine for my wifes birthday which was a nice touch.

Cala Azul Garden has a lovely pool area and there were plenty sun beds. There is also a nice pool bar. That is all the facilities at the Azul Garden. All other facilities like restaurants, entertainment, lounge bars etc are in the other two properties across the road. The apartments are spacious and have all you need for a self catering holiday. Could do with some upgrading but nice enough. Staff very friendly. Cala D'Or is a lovely resort. The centre and marina have lots of bars and eating places. The calas are lovely but small and always busy.

Visited with my 3 children. Had a lovely week. Hotel is kept immaculately, rooms clean and functional. Was nice to be at the quietest hotel of the three, as the pool area wasnt too busy. Close to amenities and beach. Buffet style dinner is fine (you have to walk over to the other two hotels as this site does not have a restaurant) but lacked variety between different nights. Would definitely visit again.

Family holiday
Had a family holiday there during school whit holidays and we had a fantastic time and beautiful weather. Perfect for families with young children. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very spacious and also had sky tv! We had everything we needed for self catering although we did eat out every night. The pool was fantastic, again incredibly clean and well attended to by staff, it never got too busy so we could always get a sun lounger. The pools at the hotel across the road were much busier. Wi Fi is available for 15 euros per week or 3euros per day. The staff were very polite and helpful and organised car hire for us. We were facing the pool side to the far end which was quieter and also meant we got the sun during the day.

Perfect resort for a family holiday
Great complex with use of the chain's other hotel facilities all within close proximity, and a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach! Lovely pool with lots of loungers, room clean and had everything you would need. Supermarket, restaurants, bars close by and excellent outdoor fun parks for the kids - would definitely recommend for a family holiday!

Exceeded expectation
5 day long weekend with friends. We were allowed to check in early and given adjacent rooms (and even offered a 2 bed apartment if preferred). Room clean with modern touches. The only point would be to say the bathrooms need re-doing (clean but dated). Friendly staff and use of all the Cala Azur complex. Paid for breakfast and wasnt disappointed - great variety and included cava on the weekend. Its the cheaper of the hotels in the complex and not on the coast line but is literally a few minute walk to the beach and other hotels in the complex. The other hotels were considerably more expensive for our trip and I see no need to pay the extra. The pools were lovely, free loungers around the pool. They kindly arranged our taxi back to the airport for us (€70). General location ok - usual laminated menus on the strip but walk down to the marina and you'll be pleasantly surprised by lovely high quality restaurants and bars. All in all far exceeded expectation.
