Good hotel for a short stay
Rafa&wife superb. Room OK but a little sparse. Breakfast very good indeed. A very pleasant stay all round. Car parking difficult in winter but could be much worse in summer.

Very comfortable and really friendly
Really enjoyed it here. Owners and staff so friendly, beds REALLY comfortable with proper pillows and the breakfast was fab! Individually served (not buffet), and beautifully presented - best I've had.

Very friendly and helpful staff & management. Only disappointment is I had one of the only rooms with no balcony/windows but can't really complain as low price. Overall, very good and would stay there again.

Es war eine wunderschöne Woche Urlaub. Das Frühstück wurde so liebevoll serviert, das wir uns jeden Morgen darauf gefreut haben. Die zauberhafte Wilma hat mit ihrer fröhlichen Art uns immer zum Lachen gebracht. Das kleine Hotel ist ruhig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Im angrenzenden Garten haben wir im Himmelbett schöne chillige Stunden verbracht. Bald kommen wir wieder. Michael und Sabine ☀️

Die Lage ist zentral und ruhig, man ist in 2 Minuten in der Einkaufsstraße und in 3 Minuten am Meer. Das Haus ist liebevoll mit vielen schönen Kleinigkeiten ausgestattet und hat einen ebenso gestalteten Garten, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Hotelwirtin spricht ganz gut Deutsch, man fühlt sich herzlich aufgenommen. Mit dem Frühstück waren wir sehr zufrieden.

- nettes Personal, überwiegend deutsch sprechend - Frühstück ist gut und kleinen Variationen täglich, wird an Tisch gebracht - schöne Zimmeratmosphäre neben Garten. Die Zimmer Nähe Rezeption sind dafür moderner ausgestattet.

Encantadora estancia. Todos los detalles muy bien cuidados, jardín y habitaciones, precioso salón para los desayunos: te lo traen en una bandejita, toda la fruta cortada, y una selección de panes y bollos. Nos encantó! Además el personal es muy amable y simpático. Para repetir...

Friendly staff
The staff at this hotel are so genuinely friendly that you will understand at once why so many visitors rate it so highly. Not all the staff speak English (there are many German visitors in Paguera), but this isn't a problem. Good to know: the hotel will wash your clothes for a small fee, there are parasols etc left by other guests that you can borrow, the hotel has a sister hotel which has a lovely pool area, there is no aircon but aircon units can be rented, the breakfast varies from day to day but is always beautifully presented. Most of the guests, when we were there, were on return visits. This hotel is for you if you like somewhere personal with character rather than the typical three star hotels that Mallorca has so many of.
