Good and Clean
The location is 2 mins from the Beach, kind of new Area, 12 km until Palma city center. Lots of shop’s and restaurants around. Good food in the breakfast and dinner.

Very touristy area that I would not recommend. The hotel was fine for one night (close to airport), but the area was trashy. For the money, you can find better hotels on the island. The staff at the hotel was very nice, but the people staying were all there to party and up very early to drink and blast music.

Excellent service from receptionist, to the domestic . The hotel have put in place secure measures with Covid 19.Very clean and every employee ,make sure all the visitors been trated with respect and they always been helpfull and friendly.

The location was perfect, if you want frills this is not the place for you , it’s good value , breakfast and evening meal included, food was fresh and lots of choice , I would suggest that you check out your room before sleep time as it can be noisy in parts of the building at night. You have to ask, information not forthcoming.

A pocos pasos de la playa. Si bien el mobiliario de la habitación debería ser actualizado inmediatamente, el hotel es muy cómodo y está bien ubicado para pasar unos días en Mallorca y recorrer la isla. Lo que es de destacar es la amabilidad del personal, desde el momento en que realizamos el check in, donde una chica de Bulgaria con excelente predisposición no asignó rápidamente una habitación antes del horario correspondiente, es de destacar las sras que atienden el comedor todo el trabajo que hacen para satisfacer a los huéspedes, la limpieza y la calidad de la comida. Y finalizar el día tomando algo en la barra con la atención personalizada de Sulaica, quien se esmeraba en verificar que estábamos a gusto. Que más se puede pedir....

Nice enough...Hotel Staff were pleasant and friendly nothing was too much trouble. Hotel close to a lovely beach. Loads of facilities in the immediate area Food was mainly good albeit a little bit samie but a good effort and fresh every day. Rooms cleaned and tidied every day. Overall very happy and would be more than happy to return one day

Good hotel Great location
We stayed for 10 days the hotel is situated just off the beach so we didn't use the pool the staff were very friendly and more than helpful our room was on the 9th floor was spacious and had a balcony with a view of the beach. Meal time's were very good so no need to rush food was very good plenty of room in the restaurant I would stay here again

Seaside hotel for a good price
Hotel isn't new but it is clean and close to the beach. It's hard to find parking near hotel - we parked car near MLL Palma Bay Club Resort on Bellavista street (approx 10 minutes walk from hotel). I liked breakfast and especially a dinner - there was a lot of to choose from - even ice cream. Drinks (beer etc.) was for a fee but I think it's normal.

room very small and no balcony but kept clean maid service every day glad we were only staying 4 days food was ok always plenty of salad and a choice of pasta dishes chips are on the menu every night and soup a good choice of deserts breakfast was continental no full english sometimes not very hot but there is a microwave plus side was aircon in rooms and free wifi through out the hotel even in the rooms maybe this is why it gets the extra star rating as i would personally from years of experience of travelling not rate it a 3 star more 2 but it was a cheap 4 day break and we managed if i was staying longer i would of asked for a room change the reception staff were very helpfull and friendly wish i could say the same for the rest of the staff swimmimg pool is small and gets about 2 hours sun at different intervals of the day this is maybe why there was only 2 sun beds if you are looking for a cheap break then i would say stay here

The hotel was close to the beach, very comfortable
We used this as a stop over before heading to Soller as flight very late. We were put in a room with a great view through to the beach and the beds were comfortable, shower good, perfect for what we needed. Good choice for breakfast but not sure where they get their foamy yoghurt!!! Overall perfect for a stop over.

When I eventually got my room it was like being in a HOSTEL , shower was broke, no view just a brick wall , dampness, the pool I mean the fish bowl was ridiculous, I can't travel far due to disablement, bar didn't open till 4pm , I was sitting in the bar at 4.30pm with a bottle of water my friend choked, I gave her water and the bar staff told me I couldn't give her it I must purchase it from the bar , the time that took my friend would have choked to death, what a joke the amount of money I spent their, I'm disgusted

This hotel is not near 3*. I wouldn't give any stars. I think owners are very griddy. Having such a good location and running a hotel with dilusion and tricking people with fake photos on websites is not what I would choose to do. Food - dog food in uk is much better. I found a hair in the food reported, stuff took out the hair but left the tray for guests to eat. Stuff is racists, they don't like English. i was very disappointed to hear that couple of times with other guests in the end they earn money from us:( The photo on the website is totally not what it looks like. Thin walls right in the middle of hundreds of flats. Very very noisy. Couldn't sleep at all. I was tired every single day.

We got there late. Manager was helpful with helping me with parking on street as hotelhas no parking. The room in pics showed balconies in all rooms but this was not the case. Noisy. Felt like hostel block. Food not fresh.Stale.Small bathroom.Hard beds.

Misleading pictures and information on this hotel
Pictures of the hotel were strategically taken and did not truly reflect the location, entrance, pool -(was a joke) , others were calling it a foot bath. It had 3 chairs around it ! The smoking area was few steps leading to the entrance to the hotel, very smelly. Food was VERY disappointing, we were expecting a cooked breakfast, which there was not. Dinners were not good, the salads were always very nice, main course not acceptable at all. Chips 9 out of 10 dinners were chips, the last night was mashed potato. The fish looked as if it had been waiting there for a very long time, and aside of 2 dinners, the meat dish was just a mess, and not nice tasting either ! Vegetables looked tinned most evenings, and overcooked cauliflower going yellow, not terribly appealing. The sweets were OK, but the same each and every night.. There were no kettle or coffee facilities in the room. I believe the bar opened a few hours in the evening.

So the hotel exterior photo showed on Expedia isn't actually the hotel you'll stay its one across the road. The hotel is basic but clean. Was concerned we had no air con but wow the cooling system kept the room colder then any normal air con unit, don't be put off....

We had an enjoyable stay at hotel mediodia. It is pretty basic but very clean in all areas. For the price we paid it was perfectly fine and comfortable. If you are looking for luxury this is not the place for you but if cheap and cheerful is ok then go for it. The food is not the best but we always found someting reasonable, the salad bar is always acceptable. We found all the staff we had dealings with polite and helpful. Very close to the beach, a little bit noisy at night outside the hotel but not all the time. Air conditioning in the room, large balcony, no tea/ coffee facilities in the room. Don't expect too much, if you're happy with clean and comfortable you will be fine.

Hotel sited in arenal not Palma as originally quoted. Tiny pool not worth having. Two tiny lift that won't move with 4 or more in them. Room was small with small window and no view other than a brick wall 6 ft away. Beds were horribly uncomfortable and not much softer than the tiled floor. Food was reasonable and plentiful which was good to see. Staff were very approachable and always smiling, in fact I could not fault the staff at all. Towels changed and room cleaned daily. The bar was clean and bar maid very friendly. The hotel is clean and reasonably kept though in truth the whole area it sits in is very very dated. There is an alley near to the hotel with an 'erotic centre' sited in it with huge neon signs and a man sitting outside the front of the alley with, something like, " biggest baddest pimp from hell " printed on the back of it. The whole area was full of large gangs of German youngsters who though noisey were generally well behaved. The beach is fabulous and very clean. In short we enjoyed our stay but would not go back.

Great value for money....clean...great location...would go back...was dreading it after reading some of the other reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. Not great for families as much, but for couples like us who just wanted to relax on the beach...water sports etc and bars at night...it Was perfect. We didn't notice any noise at night either X

First time in Mallorca, my experience was magnificent. The hotel is very close to the beach. Only one thing I don't like on the hotel the bed is very bad poor mattress quality apart from that every thing was perfect ;)

Not all bad BUT read this first
I have all kinds of holidays 5* to camping, I know what to expect by the rating and would say hotel a bit dated, beds like sleeping on barn doors but the linen was clean. Water always hot. View - great if you like looking at the guests in the hotel next door sat on their balcony! Food ok, limited choice but edible. Room was on small side. The pool is hardly worth mentioning because it was more like a large bath really! We were the only English speaking guests the vast majority of guests are Eastern Europeans/Russians. I had the misfortune to require assistance when I was unwell in the lobby, the man behind the desk pretended not to see me at first despite calling for help, he finally came over when other guests called out that i needed help, he said nothing I can do to help you I must stay behind my desk? So I wouldn't recommend this hotel to stay in as I'm pretty sure there must be plenty of others near who actually care and would offer assistance to a middle aged woman who practically crawls into reception crying for help with a ruptured groin hernia instead of leaving it to a young Russian couple who didn't speak a word of English. A certain level of care And compassion for an unwell guest surely has to be 5*plus no matter how threadbare the towels are.

awful awful hotel - do not stay here
Booked a double room, was give a family room with the finest double bed ever. Went back to reception to ask for a swap and the lady and man had a 15 minute argument with us saying that 3 beds are better than 1 -.- customer service was disgraceful. They finally gave us a double room, went in and it looked like someone else was living there and it was an absolute mess. Went back to reception again had an argument that it should be fine. We asked them to swap back to the original room and just make do, again an argument. Food was awful, breakfast would do the job but dinner was terrible - defo do not book dinner! Tables were never laid, at breakfast only spoon and knife? You had to get your own fork? Orange squash at breakfast, no drinks not even water with dinner unless you buy them. The hotel has a bar which say it's open until midnight - this is great however no one is ever on the bar so you cannot actually get a drink. Do not use the hotel bar! No use asking for tourist info - they are not keen to help. Basically it was a terrible hotel and I definitely wished I never booked it. Also swimming pool was freezing, tiny, and the sun never reached it. Ni atmosphere ir entertainment in the hotel.

There was a very small swimming pool badly situated with very few facilities and difficult access for elderly people the lounge area was dark with no TV or bar facilities and you had to go. Up 2 flights of stairs to reach it .the chairs in front area of hotel were uncomfortable to sit on and there was only wifi available in this area. The food was of average quality and limited choice and often Luke warm. The bedroom was small for three beds with no view no fridge no tea or coffee facilities and outdated ,three adults sharing room but only a single wardrobe and. 2 chairs to use an old portable TV on dresser with only one English Channel we were all very disappointed overall with the hotel facilities .

Hotel was nowhere near as bad as previous reviews had led us to believe. It certainly was not luxury, but was a basic, adequate and clean budget hotel, worth the price we paid for half-board although the TVs could do with updating No shower/shampoo provided, but always clean towels, and bed linen changed in the week. Meals, although not cordon bleu, were fine with plenty of choice. All hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful. The bonus was that the hotel is near to the beach, which we could see from our balcony. Plenty of shops, and the bars nearby didn't cause noise problems, although in the height of the season, this may be a different story. If the beach isn't your forte, then it's only a short walk past the marina to the start of the numerous small rocky coves. All in all, it was a case of,' we think we got what we paid for.' and weren't disappointed.

Back Again to El Arenal!
We had stayed in the same street previously but had not known until we arrived. In a central location to get around the resort is useful with the beach only at the end of the road. However they may wish to look at how they move it forward as looked and felt dated. Many people sat outside which could be intimidating to some when trying to enter or leave the premises as not much room. I would not return here again.

This hotel was very good for the price, basic room but very clean and spacious with big balcony, literally 2 mins away from a really nice beach and lots of bars/ restaurants! The food was average, staff were very nice and helpful would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice cheap getaway 😃

Just come back at 4th of July from one week holidays with my two kids. Well food rather basic, breakfast was good, but dinners was really, really bad. Rooms was clean and air condition work well. It's more for young people , than family's with kids, very loud, full of drunken Germans with not respect for other hotel guest (partying till 5 in the morning) only highlight of this hotel is the location, close to the beach, bars and shops.
