Negatives - no fridge in the room which was a big disappointment. What modern hotel doesn't have a fridge, especially somewhere hot like in Spain? For the size of the hotel (10 storey), the swimming pool and sunbathing area was extremely small. Positives - best food I have eaten in a hotel abroad. Fabulous roof top cocktail bar and seating area with stunning views over Palma. Clean and modern room (though pretty small). Bus stop to airport and Palma centre was directly outside the hotel.

The area around the hotel was not well kept, pavements uneven, wheelchair access was almost non existent having not many dropped kerbs . Food at hotel was ok, best bit was the desserts but they do need to show what it is on main meals. Roof top bar was really lovely

Not for me..
Hotel was fine but the noise from late night revellers and local buses was very annoying. Street cleaning was very thorough but not appreciated at 6 o'clock in the morning. Will choose more carefully next visit.

Fantastic gem of a hotel, stayed here for 8 nights (with a 6month old) and couldn't have asked for a nicer hotel. Staff were friendly, food in restaurant was lovely with good choice to suit everyone and always clean. Will definitely stay here again

we booked a room for 3 people, it was quite a tight squeeze but would be prefect for 2 people but as it was only a 4 night stay wasn't so much of an issue . The bathroom and shower we didnt love as it was just basically like 2 cupboards with frosted glass doors not separate rooms(not alot of privacy). Bed was comfy and we liked that there were alot of plugs/usb charging points for us. We loved the room top pool and was great to relax. Breakfast was great., dinner was alright. Reception and around that area was really nice. Air conditioning was quiet and wifi connection good. Very easy to get to from the airport either by number 21 bus or taxi (20 euros). You can easy get the bus to palma 25/15

Cheap, Sad Hotel but staff very nice
No hairdryer. No air con in room - had to pay for fan. Only 2 air con units in restaurant and you had to hope you would be sitting near to them to be cool enough to enjoy your meal. Food OK. Staff very nice. Nice size pool but could be cleaner around the sides inside the pool

Good Value Great View
Very convenient for Club Nautic, beach, buses,Aqualand. All the other reviews seem accurate.It is an older hotel so no A/C but in a week I never waited more than a minute for a lift, plenty of hot and cold water even on the 10th floor and spectacular views over the harbour. Keep both curtains closed daytime and open windows at night. You have to lock door so can't lock yourself out. Pay a bit extra for safe and peace of mind. Food was generally great but yes some of it was rehashed.Best mackerel I've tasted.

This hotel is about what we expected for what it cost. It badly needs updating. The food was ok. most of the staff were pleasant apart from one of the receptionists who uninterested and unhelpfull when my Daughter got her I Pad stolen from our room. So If you decide to go there,Do not leave anything in you room. Hidden or not they will find it. we were one of four who were robbed that we knew about. so beware.

Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden!
Moin, wir waren im Mai 2023 für 4 Nächte zu dritt in einem Familienzimmer in der 6. Etage inkl. Balkon und Meerblick. Es war alles sehr sauber, modern und alle Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich. Ein Pool + Bar im EG und ein Pool + Bar auf dem Dach (11. Etage) mit super Ausblick. Die gebuchte Halbpension beinhaltete 2x Buffet morgens und abends. Es war reichlich für jeden was dabei und alles hat gut geschmeckt. Zum Strand ca. 500 Meter. Gegenüber ist ein Spielplatz, nebenan ist ein kleiner Spar Supermarkt und ein gutes Restaurant. Bushaltestelle ebenfalls vor der Tür. Touristeninfo deutschsprachig im Haus + Mietwagenrundumservice übers Hotel. Nach dem Auschecken kann man Gepäck in einem Raum lagern und bei Bedarf im EG nochmal duschen gehen. Unser Sohnemann war in dieser Woche gefühlt das einzige Kind, aber alle haben sich sehr über ihn gefreut. Laute Ballermanngäste gab es nicht und man konnte ruhig schlafen. Alles in allem wirklich sehr empfehlenswert!

I didn't like the hotel at all, it was very full and busy with a lot of teenagers, it is placed in not a great area, and the food wasn't great as well.

Luxury renovated hotel for reasonable price
This is luxury renovated hotel. We had half board and there was very big variety of food. We have to say a lot thanks for personal in restaurant and for cleaning service. But surrouding of hotel is very noisy, because the hotel stay near the rush street (if you have windows on the road) .

Menisin uudestaan!
Erittäin hyvä, hiljattain remontoitu hotelli! Huone oli yhdelle ihmiselle sopiva ja se siivottiin aina niin halutessaan. Uima-altaista käytin vain kattoterassilla sijaitsevaa, sillä sinne paistoi koko päivän aurinko. Myös ranta on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Ruoka aamupalalla ja illallisella oli hyvää ja valikoima vaihteli päivittäin. Ilmainen Wifi toimi pääsääntöisesti todella hyvin. Plussaa myös siitä, että sain huoneen kaksi tuntia aikaisemmin ilman mitään lisäkustannuksia. Nautin todella lomastani ja kaikki sujui ongelmitta! Jos jotain kritiikkiä täytyy antaa, niin hissejä joutui vähän odottamaan ja illallisella joutui maksamaan jopa vedestä. Nämä kuitenkin todella pikkuseikkoja.

Hotel precioso y renovado
Hotel renovado en junio de 2017. La relación calidad precio de este hotel es espectacular. Destacar por encima de todo la amabilidad del personal del hotel, sobre todo del personal del comedor. Fortu, el encargado del comedor, estaba atento para que todos los detalles de desayunos y cenas fueran perfectos y no tuvieras ningún problema. 100% recomendado este hotel.

Komplett Renoviertes Hotel
Das Hotel an sich ist sehr gut, da es wie neu aussieht, weil es komplett renoviert wurde. Vieles funktioniert allerdings noch nicht, so zum Beispiel die Aufzüge. Die mehrfach stecken geblieben sind während unseres Aufenthalts. Wenn man am Ballermann feiern will ist das Hotel so circa 20-30min entfernt, wenn das einen nicht stört ist es an sich ein relativ gutes Hotel.

Mitt enkelrum var det sämsta någonsin. Garderoben gick bara att öppna 2dm och balkongdörren 3 dm om jag inte flyttade sängen. Duschen läckte trots att personalen gjorde sitt bästa. Trevlig personal. Detta hotellet kommer jag inte att boka igen.

Har desværre ikke meget positiv at sige om dette hotel. Det havde dog en rigtig god beliggenhed i forhold til strand, bus og cafeer. Maden på hotellet var bestemt ikke indbydende. Wifi var rigtig dårlig og sengene mega hårde. Der var ingen aircondition på værelset som gjorde det var alt for varmt og indelukket.

Considerando quello che si paga le attese non possono essere eccessive,ma nel 2016 un hotel senza aria condizionata e senza Wi-Fi in stanza non si può vedere...il personale è stato gentilissimo ma la struttura è veramente vecchia.

Rimeligt **hotel
Gratis WiFi meget ringe kvalitet.Rengøring så som så, badeværelsets vægge og døre var beskidte, der lå lange mørke hår på gulvene EFTER rengøringen - ikke mine- da der ikke blev brugt støvsuger men kun kost og en gulvmoppe, der jo ikke kan fange hår mm. Gelænderet på balkonen virkede ikke vedligeholdt, der var f.eks.revner i betonen, hvor gelænderet var støbt fast !(værelse 921) Billederne af poolen snyder neget, poolen er mindre i virkeligheden og så ligger den direkte ud til en ret trafikeret gade. Maden var ok til prisen, men kun til 1 uges ferie, ellers for ensformigt.Virkelig dårligt at drikkevarer ikke indgik i aftensmåltidet!Der burde være minimum 1 enkelt glas vand/saft/ lokal øl eller vin incl.! Langt de fleste valgte ikke at købe noget, kunne jeg se!

Både bra och mindre bra, men fungerar!
Man får som sagt det man betalar för. Hotellet isig var helt okej. Det enda jag är mindre nöjd med är framförallt: 1. Personalen sägs vara internationell dvs flerspråkiga, då tar man engelskan som en självklarhet! Så var icke fallet, dom kunde bara tyska och spanska, vilket var en stor besvikelse, för övrigt var personalen väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam, med det dom förstod. 2. Otroligt dåligt wi-fi i lobbyn! Nästan onödigt! 3. Konstig mat på buffén, mycket valmöjligheter, men konstiga desserter och udda blandningar! + att vid middag, var man tvungen att tom betala för vatten att dricka! Men bra för övrigt, bra läge, nära till lång och fin strand, bra bussförbindelser till Palma och framförallt nära till kära Aqualand med gångavstånd!!

Für Kurztrip in Ordnung, aber nicht für mehr!
Wenn man für ein paar Tage nach Mallorca fliegt und nur ein Bett zum schlafen braucht, dann reicht dieses Hotel aus. Für Urlauber mit mehr Anspruch ist dieses Hotel nicht geeignet.
