As good as any city centre hotel we've ever stayed in! Fabulous hotel, PERFECT location just 5-10 mins walk from all of the city centre sites and locales; superb friendly and helpful staff, especially on reception; great breakfast; lovely comfortable room! I cant fault it - we loved our 4 night stay; will recommend it to all our friends and wouldnt look anywhere else if and when we go back to Palma.

Incredible hotel, restaurant and bar. Specifically the personnel. So very friendly, kind, and helpful. From the desk attendant to the bar staff. Beautiful rooms and extremely well located in Old Town. Would stay here again and again! Highly recommend.

Cracking find in Palma ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
What a wonderful stay at Cort Hotel. A beautiful, spotless, warm room with a fabulous double shower which I enjoyed pre Christmas night out. Melanie 😍on reception was super helpful and my breakfast omelette the following morning was a perfect start to the day. This will be my go to hotel now when staying in Palma and I look forward to my next visit 😁

Beautiful hotel; super clean; very beautiful design; rooms are very good quality, everything - handles, lights, material on the walls, bed, furniture , shower - all great , I would say 5 star. The only thing let them down is the breakfast - which was like 2-3 star hotel, no fruit, no replenishment of juice or meat, no vegetables available at all.

Great spot in the heart of old Palma. Very nice hotel, rooms, restaurant, and rooftop patio. We found the service excellent and friendly, and were able to check in a bit early. If you go and it's hot out, we recommend using the cool pool on the roof, its a nice way to cool off and there are loungers and towels available.

Beautiful suite in an excellent location with a bar and restaurant directly underneath. The staff in the bar and restaurant and at reception were all attentive, friendly and worked hard to ensure hotel guests were looked after whilst welcoming lots of tourists.

The perfect boutique hotel
A wonderful hotel, with large, pretty, well-designed rooms. The location is PERFECT, a five minute walk to the cathedral, right next to the iconic tree of Palma. The staff was attentive and thoughtful. The restaurant was very pleasant and the food was good. I couldn't have asked for more.

Stayed at the Junior Suite.. the room was very beautiful, comfortable and one of the best ones to our liking and taste. We don’t use air conditioning hence of course, quite naturally and understandably, the open windows will let in noise. Room service was great. I have suggested for housekeeping to refrain from changing the towels everyday unless specified as this was unnecessary and a waste. Thank you for a lovely stay.

From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The staff could not have been more courteous or helpful. I asked if there was a nearby Covid testing center and the answer was “yes” but she also asked if I would prefer her to schedule a person to administer the test in the hotel for me. Breakfast was excellent each day.

Excellent in so many ways.
Everyone at the hotel from reception to the restaurant, bar and housekeeping were friendly, efficient and truly interested in taking good care of us. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very well kept - and the beds were comfy and generous. Extras were organised for us before arrival. The location is perfect for restaurants and visiting Palma. The house produced sparkling water and cloth beach/shopping bags etc were some of the extra nice touches.

his Hotel Should be 5-Star
Hotel Cort in Palma de Mallorca proved to be one of my best finds. The hotel is located right in the centre of Palma, about a block from the extraordinarily beautiful Gothic Cathedral of Santa Maria de Palma. The hotel is well maintained and the reception I received at check in was very warm and welcoming. Getting to my room on the second floor involved a lift ride and a couple of steps at each end of the corridor, which was awkward with luggage, but once I opened my door and saw the lovely room I immediately forgot the inconvenience of heavy luggage and steps. In my room was a note from the hotel's owner reminding me that "travel is the only thing you buy that makes you richer". So true and such an appropriate note to welcome travelling guests. Room 25 is just beautiful; exceptionally clean, modern and with the best quality linens, fabrics and amenities. In the bathroom the toiletries are all high-end Molton Brown. Every little detail has been thought of and implemented. This is a property clearly run by an experienced hotelier who has impeccable taste and who understands what guests want from an hotel. Breakfast service was excellent. Although the hotel does not offer a breakfast buffet there is a comprehensive menu with lots of options to choose from.
