The property is ideally located, just 50 metres from the beach and next to the Airport bus stop.
Overall, this is a good value for money hotel - one of the cheapest in a very expensive location. Positives include: very large room; good controllable air-con (a must for Spain now that they have the ludicrous restrictions in place). The fridge was handy too.
However some negatives: the bathroom has an open vent adjacent to the neighbouring bathroom - so you can hear everything which is disgusting! Also, the room I had was dirty and had to be deep cleaned (after I requested it).
I had a rear facing room which meant there is little sunlight on the balcony but it faces a scruffy private garden which is very quiet - I suspect the side facing rooms would be much noisier with the traffic.
The balcony itself is big but with the air-con unit blasting out hot air onto it, and most people using the balconies for smoking, it isn't really a place to dwell (useful for drying wet clothes though).
The beds were firm and twins - I was on my own so no problem but no good if you are a couple. One good thing though is that the beds are very long.
The pool is very deep but not very big (too small for proper swimming) - but for cooling down it works well.
I didn't take breakfast so can't comment on this but note that the restaurant is in the other hotel on the opposite side of the road.
So overall, there are some 1/2 out of 5 things and some 4/5 out of 5 things.
For the money, I can't complain.
