Close to everything

Posted 24-May-2017
Pros: The staff are wonderful and friendly. It is as close to beach and shops as is possible to be.
Cons: Disabled facilities are in no way acceptable although there are some improvements in place, no disabled toilet at pool. Dinner is buffet only!
Location: The location is wonderful. Close to all restaurants shops and beach
As an able bodied person this is a fabulous hotel with the friendliest staff who go above and beyond to help. Unfortunately I am disabled and confined to a wheelchair and the hotel I not equipped for me. Due to holiday company confusion the facilities were not right for me but the staff did what they possibly could to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel is spotless and if not confined to wheelchair a lovely hotel.

Nice apartments, close to the beach.

Posted 07-Jun-2016
Nice apartments across the road from the main hotel. Very nice breakfast and friendly staff. The road between the apartments and hotel can be very noisy but the location is perfect for the beach and restaurants.

Okay for the price

Lovely hotel for the price. Unfortunately though, I did find the pillows to be very hard and thick. Bring your own or risk getting a neck ache.

Apartment and hotel stay.

Posted 26-Apr-2016
Pros: Good central position in the town and a friendly staff.
Cons: About what you would reasonably expect for what you are paying. The return flight times involved us needing to be picked-up at 03.30!
Location: Much to do for free and many things to pay for, like excursions to do and see. Buses service is good. Taxis too. Note that boat trips operate from May
Apartment was well equipped and clean but looked out over a very busy road. There was a smell of drains in the room which the staff tried to address but after putting up with it for three nights we requested a move and with very little fuss, were give another room, in the hotel itself. The remainder of out visit was trouble free and generally, whatever small problems may have cropped-up, were always solved very quickly by a very friendly and helpful staff.

Another lovely stay

Posted 19-Oct-2015
Pros: bar good, and prices very reasonable. Guitar player on one night was superb !
Cons: nothing comes to mind
Location: excellent choice of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
Third year in a row at the Apartments. Short distance to the beach, square and all amenities is a definite bonus. The only slight downside is the noise of early-morning deliveries, bin lorries etc on the road adjacent to our room. But we aim to stay again...

Good apartment close to all amenities

Posted 17-Aug-2015
Pros: Good pool, regular room clean and good staff. Also a bike store room in basement.
Cons: Soundproofing of windows.
Location: Lots of shops, bars, little supermarkets, walks, beautiful churches and lovely bays for swimming and snorkelling.
Studio apartment was better than anticipated, fully equipped for self catering, excellent air conditioning and even English TV programmes. Soundproofing was poor and the daily early bin lorries were better than any alarm clock....registering 100db one day!! Pool was lovely and checked daily for non hotel guests, even saw towels removed from 'saved' beds. Would definitely use again but would try for quieter rooms!!

Nice Apartments 50 metres from the beach

Posted 28-Jun-2015
Pros: Great location and good facilities. The Daina pool is by far the best on the strip, and there is good-quality live entertainment every night.
Cons: Not much to be honest.
Location: Loads of restaurants, bars, shops, buses, taxis etc. Perfect location really. And no discos or night clubs to be seen!
The apartments are an annexe to the Daina Hotel, one street back from the beach promenade. Spacious, clean and close to the centre of the resort, including bus/coach connections and shopping. A bit noisy during the day because of the deliveries to the hotels on the same street, otherwise ideal.

Great location .

Posted 03-May-2015
Pros: Location, breakfast, pool and pleasant staff.
Cons: We found nothing to critisise .
Location: perfect location with buses and taxis a five minute walk away.
Stayed in the Daiana appartments on a bed and breakfast basis the breakfast being excellent. The appartment was clean and spacious ( maybe a little small for four adults) but everything we needed was there. From the hotel turn left for a walk a long the Pine walk or turn right to go along to the harbour and shops.Too many good places to eat to name them all and they are not all along the promenade, many in the square and in the side streets. Stunning scenery is all around and a nice relaxed atmosphere is what made this visit perfect for us, will certainly be returning.
