Good hotel for cyclists and holiday makers

Pros: Cycle storage facility, helpful staff, quiet. Good food. Beach and bars close by. Bus stop outside hotel.
Cons: Very poor coffee
Location: Cycling. Visits to pollenca, alcudia and mountains. Also just relaxing by pool.
Coffee needs to improve. Everything else was good and will return to this hotel later in the year

Felt let down

An October break. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was good. The food was very good with chef service excellent. Entertainment was good and the Dutch chap leading activities was most friendly and helpful. The only niggle was the restaurant staff their service varied from very good to ride and unfriendly. Our holiday was really almost spoilt and one of our party felt almost bullied by a waiter. Another of our party was most frustrated by the inconsistency of service offered by the restaurant staff. This is a large hotel and would have had a better rating from us if our treatment by the restaurant staff had been friendlier and customer centeredness. The holiday was expensive and I don't mind paying a bit more but did expect the service to reflect the charge. The room was also less than what I had expected with nowhere in the bathroom to put toiletries. With no balcony and nowhere to air towels , or even hang the bathroom towels to dry other than two books and no chairs in the bedroom. We. Had a ground floor room with no view and it was really noisy from 7am with deliveries. Certainly not what we expected from the photograph or description on the website.

Efterår på Mallorca

efterårsferie med 3 generationer. Billeje et must for at komme rundt til flotte dele af øen. Meget turistet område. Hotellet ok, lidt slidt, Wi-Fi meget ustabil, maden meget engelsk.

Returned to pollensa park after 30/35 years

Pros: Hotel was very carefully designed for low maintenance and with a view to operate with minimum staff number.
Cons: Short on home comforts. Dining room system too rushed, staff mad people clearing tables and shouting to each other, Food not hot and repetitive.
Location: No problems. Pool area design old fashioned, needs complete redesign. Why do animation staff need to shout scores , we are not babies.
We had a good holiday in a very clean and well managed hotel.

Nice enough but few flaws!

Pros: Some great staff and checkin/out was quick and painless.
Cons: All hotel room doors are of a poor design, had to be slammed to be closed, not great when you just get to sleep and next door come back!
Location: 2 minutes from the beach and numerous restaurants within 2 to 10 mins stroll.
Hotel room was clean but not much space! Three of us but zero space other than the beds so nowhere to sit other than on/in the beds! Door to balcony did not feel secure, only locked at the bottom and not the top or middle! Some of the hotel staff were great, friendly and helpful but some were almost rude to the point they should not be customer/guest facing.

Hôtel d'une quarantaine d'année ayant subit des rénovations situé proche de la plage mais un peu éloigné du centre ville (10-15 mm à pied). L'hôtel se présente comme un 4 étoiles. Les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur attendues pour un 4 étoiles. Tarif élevé pour une chambre bruyante, ronronnement dût au groupe froid en toiture et extérieur. Climatisation de la chambre sous dimensionnée et un fraiseur en guise de frigidaire (pas top). Utilisation du coffre-fort payante 36€ pour 9 jours, pesées des valises payante 1€ par valise (pas top également). Ascenseurs encombrés lors des heures de repas qui vous oblige à prendre les escaliers (pas marrant quand vous êtes au 8ème étage. SPA agréable et bien tenu, prévoir l'achat d'un bonnet de bain pour 3€, salle de fitness avec équipements non entretenus. L'ensemble faisant partie des prestations de votre séjour hors bonnet de bain. Le personnel très accueillants et à votre écoute. Conclusion : Tarif des chambres élevées sachant que la quasi-totalité des chambres possèdent une vue mer, (pas utile prendre l'option qui est très coûteuse par jour sur le site).

Great hotel and very helpful staff

Pros: Popular for cyclists and great location if you like the beach.
Cons: Better internet would be useful
Location: 10-15 mins walk from the town centre. Great beach is only 100m. Great for cycling and you can hire bikes from the PCH shop opposite.
Stayed here many times and its always been a great experience. Staff are extremely helpful and always a good variety of food in the restaurant.

No se compara el precio con la calidad del servici

Un elevador siempre estaba fuera de servicio. Y en la habitación no cambiaban toallas ni renovaban lo utilizado. La ubicación no esta mal, pero el precio no es comparable con el servicio

Nos consta que afortunadamente el ascensor pudo ser arreglado por el servicio técnico al día siguiente. En cuanto al servicio de toallas, son cambiadas diariamente si usted así lo solicita como informan los carteles en las habitaciones. Sólo hace falta dejar las toallas que desee reemplazar apoyadas en el suelo del baño y estas serán renovadas cuando se limpie la habitación (a diario). Atentamente, La Dirección

nice hotel close to the beach

Pros: It's cleanliness
Cons: Maybe a few more facilities in the room.
Location: Great location, minutes walk from a great beach and shops. A little bit further to the restaurants but a lovely walk to do each evening.
The hotel was very clean and the the staff very helpful. Most of the families staying were all inclusive. Although we just had breakfast there was a vast choice of freshly cooked produce.
