The whole experience was rather average. The woman who attended to the buffet area/restaurant/took payment for our stay was beyond rude and not accommodating. The location was superb otherwise and the cleaning service was great!

The property was very basic, located well and just a short walk from lots of bars and restaurants. Very few English people stay in this area.

Great staff, location, price
This little place is super quaint, in a wonderful location, and has wonderful staff with super customer service. It is a family run property and has a lot of the wonderful pros that come along with everyone knowing your face/name. Also, excellent included breakfast! Parking isn't onsite, but its pretty easy. Only downside is the rooms are a little out of date (not really pictured on this particular site), and if you are on the bottom floor you may have a very loud upstairs stomper. We would stay again!

Everything was AMAZING! The family who owns & operates the hotel are extremely friendly and hands-on. My friend and I felt so welcomed and at home, especially as two people who are queer. There was no disrespect, only love and a sense of family that is absolutely unmatched when traveling internationally. This doesn’t even touch on the food and drink! I would recommend this casa to everyone; it was extremely special and I still feel warm from having experienced it. Thank you Miguel, Katia, and Mom. -Sara y Dyllan

Nicely situated in a quiet road just off the main shopping strip and around 300 metres from the sea. Rooms are fairly basic, as you would expect from a 3 star property, but the beds are comfy and each room has a fridge and a balcony. This is a family-run hotel and all the staff from the manager to the cleaners were very friendly and seemed genuinely anxious to make our stay a pleasant one.

Spotlessly clean, very friendly hotel in excellent location for both beach and tennis club (5 mins walk). The rooms are a little bit small, but all have balcony, air con/heating and very friendly staff.

Das Hotel ist Ruhig zu dieser Saisonzeit. Es ist zu Fuß alles erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind jedentag sauber gemacht. Jeden Morgen zum Frühstück wird man gefragt, wie du die Eier gern hättest. Danke Cupidor

localisation parfaite de ce petit hôtel, chaleureux et familial à 200 m de la plage, à 5mn de l'arrêt de bus le plus proche pour accéder à Palma, plein de supers restaurants et de boutiques autour, Paguera est une très belle station balnéaire. Quant à l'hôtel, la propreté irréprochable des chambres qui sont nettoyées tous les jours et les serviettes sont changées tous les jours. La chambre est spacieuse et l'hôtel a ce côté charmant avec son petit jardin. si vous avez tendance à vous coucher tôt, prévoyez des bouchons d'oreille car le grand hôtel en face a des animations qui font énormément de bruit le soir donc difficile de trouver le sommeil. Mais ça ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôtel Cupidor 😄 merci pour ce séjour magnifique à Majorque

L’hôtel est propre est plutôt bien équipé mais le mobilier est un peu vieillissant car bas de gamme L’accueil est moyen, la gérante fume cigarette sur cigarette au comptoir, elle avait l’air épuisée et un peu expéditive Petit dej moyen, peu de choix, pain très sec Point positif on a été surclassé en suite

L’hôtel est très bien situé. Proche des plages (200 m), proches des boutiques et agence de location de voiture et scooter. C’est un gros plus. Le personnel est sympa, Katia est à l’écoute et gentille. Notre chambre était moyenne nous avions pris la chambre double standard. Ce sont 2 mots simples collés, pas le top si vous partez en couple, le mobilier est usé, la douche très ancienne qui pourrait laisser paraître que ce n’est pas propre (rouille robinetterie, coins jaunit), insonorisation pas top .. nous avons été réveillé chaque matin par le personnel de ménage ou le Voisin d’à côté … Ceci dit , la literie est excellente.. le balcon est un vrai plus , et le climatisation également !! Le petit déjeuner est un peu léger par contre, peu de choix … quand on reste plus d’une semaine on aimerait que ça varie .. Dans la globalité nous avons passé un bon séjour au Cupidor merci pour tout

En primer lugar gracias por alojarse en mi casa..Nunca hemos publicado que el hotel tuviera un parking , si usted lee es un parking publico al lado del hotel, creo que el unico hotel que tiene parking es el hotel Villamil a 40 por dia en Paguera.Si algun dia no se le hizo la habitacion es porque mi personal termina a las 14.00 y si usted estaba dentro con el no molesten no vuelven son personas,.Saludos Katya

Nice small hotel close to everything
Absolutely decent. Decent room. Decent breakfast. Decent service. Close to all things important in Peguera. AC doing a good job. Three minute walk to the closest beach. Nothing fancy, but considering the price I would come back even if it lacks a pool and some kind of sun shade on the balconies.

Zunächst einmal vielen Dank für Ihren kurzen Besuch.Das Zimmer war sauber, aber Sie haben an der Rezeption ohne Erlaubnis den Schlüssel für einen kostenpflichtigen Safe mitgenommen, der nur 2 pro Tag kostet, aber Sie haben sich geirrt, der Schlüssel war leer. Ich hatte ihn in der gleichen Box und habe Ihnen erklärt, dass die Versicherung nicht abdeckt, wenn er nicht gemietet wird, und wenn Sie nicht bezahlen, deckt er nichts, und ich denke, dass sich für zwei Euro pro Tag überhaupt nichts geändert hat. In allen Hotels auf der Welt wird eine Gebühr erhoben. Ich glaube, Sie sind nicht viel gereist. In anderen Hotels berechnen sie Ihnen eine Schlüsselkaution von 50 und eine Miete von bis zu 40 Euro pro Woche. Wenn es nicht vermietet wird, sind in Spanien gesetzlich bis zu 3500 Euro nicht gedeckt. Am selben Abend habe ich Ihnen einen Zimmerwechsel für den nächsten Tag angeboten, den Sie nicht wollten, ich denke, wegen Ihrer Schande, ohne Erlaubnis versucht zu haben, etwas mitzunehmen, und ich war auch gut und habe Sie Ihre Reservierung kostenlos stornieren lassen, sodass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt vollständig bezahlt haben sollten, und ich selbst habe zugestimmt, Ihnen eine Nacht in Rechnung zu stellen, aber ich möchte keine Kunden in meinem Haus haben, die sich über einen Safe und eine Lüge nicht freuen.Vielen DankKatja

Trevlig vistelse i underbara Peguera
Efter att ha spenderat två dygn på ett stressigt hotell i Palma checkade vi in på detta underbara hotell i Peguera. Hotel Cupidor är ett mysigt och lugnt, familjeägt hotell där vi verkligen kunde andas ut. Vi fick ett välstädat rum med underbar AC, som behövdes i det varma klimatet, och en mysig balkong. Hotellet är beläget en kort promenad ifrån stranden och det är nära till restauranger. Alldeles bredvid hotellet ligger en supermarket vilket var väldigt bekvämt för inköp av vatten/dryck påvägen hem till rummet. Slutligen vill jag ge hotellets ägare en extra guldstjärna som gjorde allt för att vi skulle få en bra vistelse, och hjälpte oss när vi behövde hjälp. Jag kan rekommendera detta boende och skulle själv gladeligen återvända hit!

Schönes Hotel in Strandnähe. Nur ein paar Minuten bis zum Boulevard. Freundliches Personal, das deutsch spricht. Hatte ich so nicht erwartet. Einziger Nachteil war ein lockerer Gullydeckel auf der Straße vor unserem Zimmer, der bei jedem Auto, das darüber fuhr, laut klapperte.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit einer netten Inhaberin und schönen Zimmern. Die Lage ist Zentrums nah und der Strand ist in 2 min zu erreichen.
