Hotel is very strict with kids, thou it said kids friendly.They had to charge me €50 extra at check in for a baby cot despite booking was for a family room. Reception doesnt feel friendly at all!! And although booking confirmation said pay at property i had a call in the morning from a random number to take the payment which was very suspicious in the beginning. Hotel is very basic. Pool is not convenient for swimming nor the kids playground. So we've never used them. Room is a bit small for a family room. And balcony is tiny. Their cleaning is rubbish as room is still dirty after cleaning. Tv is tiny. Toilet always smelled as its facing the pool!! Location was the best thing as its very near to the port side and you can walk to the beach from there or take boat trips.

What a journey.
After realizing how far the hotel was from the airport and getting lost, I was ready to cut my trip short. Luckily my mother and I managed to get to the hotel. The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I have to say that Mallorca is not ADHD,-friendly. However, the hotel is. A+

Generally a good hotel in a great location. However, the hotel's half board policy states that you can have a free drink with breakfast but not with the evening meal. Not even drinking water ! I have never encountered this before in all my hotel stays throughout the world.

Good afternoon, thank you very much for expressing your opinion. Just clarify, that all drinks with breakfast are included. In case of half board, you can purchase them at an additional cost. We would like to comment that the sanitary water on the island of Mallorca generally contains a lot of chlorine. So for consumption, we have to buy it. Many greetings.

super séjour !
Super séjour de 4 nuits, arrivée tardive mais personnel adorable. Hôtel idéalement situé, très calme et bien entretenu ! Piscine et solarium très agréable. Chambre propre et la climatisation dans la chambre est un réel plus, notamment avec ces grandes chaleurs. Le petit déjeuner est varié et totalement correct. Petit bémol sur la literie qui pourrait être changé. Merci pour ce chouette séjour, hôtel vivement conseillé avec un super rapport qualité prix :)

En general por relación precio bien. Pero podrían hacer mucho más sin gastar dinero. El desayuno es horroroso. Les falta alguien que les diga como debe ser! Un F&B el café vomitivo, huevos fríos, bollería inexistente, en general todo barato y mal presentado, ascensor para jubilar, no pueden tener un hidráulico porque es lento. La fachada parece una cárcel amarilla, a quien se le ocurrió tal disparate?

l’hotel si trova a 10/15 minuti a piedi da cala gat e a 20 minuti circa da cala agulla. la colazione è alla tedesca ma ci sono anche offerte dolci quindi è approvata. personale cortese e sempre disponibile. l’unico difetto erano i rumori di notte.

En español o catalán primero!!!
Un hotel bonito, muy cerca de todo, playa, centro, tiendas, ambiente… y pese a eso el hotel es tranquilo y sin ruidos. El personal muy amables aunque como todo allí enfocado a los extranjeros y el español no es ni idioma, En el bar o sus indicaciones todo en alemán.

Hat uns gut gefallen.. check in und out problemlos. Zentrale Lage. Frühstück alles da was man braucht. Personal freundlich. Balkone sehr klein.

Sehr freundliches und familiäres Personal. Es wurde nach einer Fehlbuchung (Expedia hat Schuld) ohne Balkon anstandslos auf ein schönes Zimmer mit Terrasse umgebucht und zwar kostenlos ! Frühstück und Abendessen sind abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker, kann das Essen nur empfehlen. Pool und Hotel sind zwar etwas klein aber dafür gemütlich. Über die anderen Doppelzimmer kann ich leider nichts erzählen, mein Zimmer war auf alle Fälle groß genug ;-)

Hotel com um aspecto de velho pelo lado de fora. Quarto bem amplo, aparentando estar limpo. Jantar que estava incluso muito fraco, tivemos que sair para comer em outro lugar. Café da manhã era ok. No geral um hotel confortável para se passar uma noite, mas além disso não sei se vale a pena.

Piacevole vacanza
Zona molto carina, vicino alle spiagge, servita di mezzi, tanti locali, bar, ristoranti, ecc. 2 cose non mi sono piaciute: l'orario della cena, fino alle 20.30, troppo presto per la Spagna.. e poi il frigo in camera, che c'è però bisogna pagare per poterlo usare. Per il resto molto soddisfatta

Buena ubicación
Hotel básico pero suficiente para darse una ducha después de un día de playa o turismos y descansar bien por la noche. Habitación y baño pequeños. La cama muy cómoda. La ubicación perfecta pues está muy cerca del paseo marítimo y el ambiente nocturno pero no se escucha nada de jaleo. Desayuno para los alemanes perfecto, para los nacionales deficiente.

Limpio, Bien situado, familiar No es moderno, el mini golf i spa están cruzando la calle igual que algunas habitaciones, pero la calle no es muy transitada y tiene una pequeña piscina, el desayuno adecuado y creo que la relación calidad precio es correcta, no se puede pretender pagar 3 estrellas y recibir 4. Hotel con buena ubicación, personal muy atento.
Hotel perfecto relación calidad precio, cuenta con buena ubicación y lo mas importante un personal amable y atento, especialmente el cocinero que cada noche tras el servicio de cena salia a saludarnos y charlar con nosotros. Fabulosa estancia en Mallorca en un hotel tranquilo y familiar.

Vi kom om natten ca.2 timer forsinket..hotelpoetieren vidste ikke helt om vores billet var god nok men sagde dog at vi bare kunne ligge os mod at han fik vores pas...næste dag var alt bare ok...flinkt hjælpsomt personale..maden var lidt ensformigt men smagte rimligt

Un hotel perfectamente adaptado a personas como yo en silla de ruedas, una amabilidad increíble, en todo momento me querían ayudar. Wenn es ein Hostel mit dementsprechendem Preis gewesen wäre hätte ich nichts zu bemengeln, aber so muss man doch wenigestens wissen das es sich hier um kein drei Sterne Hotel handelt. Positives: - Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit - die Lage ist sehr gut wenn man abends schnell am Hafen sein möchte und an den umliegendes Lokationen Negatives: - Zimmer sehr klein - man spürt jede Feder in der Matratze - bis 2-3 Uhr sehr laut (Leute sitzen am Pool was leider voll ins Zimmer schallt) - Strände 1,2 km weit weg - Frühstück ohne Obst nur das nötigste Fazit: Keine 3 Sterne.

Das ist kein Hotel, sondern eine Absteige. Das Essen bzw. den Essensraum kann wohl keinem zumuten. Als Alternative zur Jugendherberge ect. Die Zimmer sind super klein und einige Kleiderschränke (sofern vorhanden) gar nicht erreichbar. Unter die Matratze sollte man auch lieber nicht gucken.

Wir haben diesen Urlaub kurzfristig geplant. Es war günstig und hat sich sehr gelohnt. Hotel liegt zentral in der Stadt man läuft etwas bis zum Strand aber dafür ist man direkt am Hafen. Kann das hotel echt empfehlen ist kein luxus aber reicht vollkommen um sich super vom Alltag zu erholen!

Pour les fêtards. Sinon s'abstenir.
L'hôtel est abordable au niveau du prix. Le buffet du matin est convenable et présente des produits somme toute d'une qualité appréciable. Dommage que tout ait parfois l'air réchauffé et encore réchauffé. Géographiquement, il est proche de la mer et des rues principales, donc on est très vite dans le centre de la ville. Il faut compter une vingtaine de minutes pour atteindre les plages aux alentours. Malheureusement, l'isolation de l'hôtel est très mauvaise. Accueillant énormément de jeunes fêtards, il est virtuellement impossible de passer une nuit sans être réveillé. La ville de Cala Ratjada accueille presque exclusivement des personnes allemandes. Il faut donc voir si vous n'avez pas trop de mal avec des jeunes gens qui font la fête jusqu'au matin. De plus, vous trouverez difficilement des commerçants/restaurateurs qui parlent anglais ou français.
