Check in is incredibly slow with only one person on the desk, little information given at all. Insistent on paying 30 Euros per person as a deposit in cash, would not accept a credit card which obviously offers guests more protection if the hotel refuses to refund the deposit! All Inclusive is disappointing, one bar open and closes at 8pm! Only allowed one drink at a time and the queues make it not worth it. All meals are taken over the road at the other hotel which was not communicated to us until we checked out. The hotel really is nothing like it is advertised on their website. Before 9am on day of departure, Housekeeping attempted to get into our room and start cleaning it, very rude when I advised we would be leaving the room at 11am as this is checkout time. When you checkout they cut your wristbands off and if you want to have lunch or drinks before your flight home you will be charged an extra 15 Euros each. Overall, location is great but don't waste your hard earned money here, plenty of other lovely hotels in the area for a similar price!

This is clearly a party hotel but what do you expect in magaluf? The rooms were clean enough but the pool wasn't the most clean. Do not go if you are vegetarian or even pescatarian. There is never a vegetarian option for the evening meal but endless meat options. I lived off cheese sandwiches and salad all week and pizza if they bothered to put a vegetarian one out. The rooms arent soundproof either so you get to hear everyone return at 6am and shout through the halls. Also the beds and pillows - i felt crippled by the end of the holiday. Worst bit about the hotel is the bar closes at 8 which is just ridiculous.. so no option of staying in for a few drinks and there was only ever one person on the bar so expect very long waits for your one drink per customer. Despite the cleanliness and ok rooms i would not stay here again.

Average hotel with smelly rooms.
Pool was the nicest thing in this hotel. Also getting free access to BH beach club was special. Otherwise it is very noisy 24/7 and room was very smelly. You also have to pay for everything. Safe in the room was 5 euros extra per night. You have to buy your own towels for the pool. Cleaning was done once every 2 to 3 days.

U17’s football tour.
We were upgraded thankfully as the apartments we were originally booked into and then dropped off at didn’t look very good at all. It looked dirty and dated so when they told us they’d upgraded us to the 4* hotel we were really pleased.

First thing to note is that your key is actually attached to a wristband, which I thought was a great idea as it would be much harder for us to lose, or argue who is going to be responsible for the key on a night etc. The hotel itself was quite basic, the room was very clean and had a balcony big enough for the two of us. The bathroom was dated but again very clean which is the main thing for us. Ideal location, with a shop attached downstairs so really handy for picking up drinks and snacks. The beach was in walking distance and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. As we had paid for all inclusive we were allowed to go to the other BH hotel. This had a huge outdoor gym, a water park, restaurant, and several pools. There was also quite a few bars. The restaurant food was lovely, nothing too fancy but was a good range and we were happy with the quality of food for the price we paid. The staff at our hotel were friendly and the check in and checkout were simple and painless. I would definitely recommend staying here for the location, friendliness and good value for money.

Check in was a 90min queue as they had no idea what they were doing. Property was in decent enough shape and the staff did well to keep it clean. Will be a cracking place in peak season but do not expect to sleep. The place was loud and at times intimidating from midday until 06:00, mostly just drunk guests. Security did well to stop fights but just so loud with mostly screaming hen parties.

Not really couples hotel but ideal for group holidays rooms really nice and clean but noisey though , food and selection of drinks was the bad point so much carbs in the choice of food never very hot and felt bit like school dinners , small parts of it was nice thougth and drinks were let down not great at all with regards to choice but if going on a boozy week with friends it's ideal

hotel needs a major refurb and update. went 2nd week of Sept and absolutely no atmosphere music hardly on by pool. food was bland and very tight on alcohol. it was an average hotel nothing special about this place.

After paying for All inclusive we ended up not even going up for drinks as there was ONE person on the bar for around 60 people. I didn't want to queue up for 15 minutes every time I wanted a drink. We got the impression this was why they did this to save money. We stayed for 3 nights our room didn't get cleaned ONCE and upon check out we were told that we should've asked for it to be serviced and that it was our fault ??? I've stayed at many hotels and not one have I had to asked for fresh towels bed sheets etc. The staff were rude even though we are two very friendly people, the only one nice staff was a gentleman on the bar. After being excited for this stay, it was disappointing to say the least.

Low-cost but very nice hotel in Magaluf centre.
Went between 5th and 8th of September 2016. Overall, a good experience considering how little we paid for this holiday- so definitely value for money. Always plenty of fresh salad and fruit on the buffet, not that much variety in the hot food (although expected considering the price), but everything in the restaurant was of good quality. The room was well decorated (quite modern) and very clean when we arrived. Most guests are quite pleasant, but as it IS a party hotel, we did find a fair few of the stereotypical drunk British young adults who have no sense of respect for other guests and the local people/ hotel staff.

Rooms are clean, all the facilities are kept in good condition and overall the hotel is clean. The hotel is close to the beach and the strip. The DJ plays the best music!! He is absolutely amazing! Keeps you pumped throughout the day while you're swimming and tanning! The staff wasn't very friendly or helpful. The reps are good to talk to for info, Ofc! They're all super nice! Food is decent, pizza for dinner, pasta ... You know he average stuff. Overall, good stay! More because of the DJ and the location of the hotel!

The hotel is in an excellent location. A short walk to the beach, restaurants, and night life. The pool area at the pool is very nice. I will say it is definitely a stag, hen, party spot, but my husband and I had no issues there at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel
Club B has amazing slides and three large swimming pools and two smaller pools with bubbles and a wave machine. Unfortunately, these aren't heated So when I went and the weather wasn't too hot, the pools we're freezing. There is a gym that is great for holiday with a few pieces of equipment to work with. The room was spacious with sleeping space for 5 people. Great artwork. Some damage to the room. Going off season in October meant that the hotel was quite quiet apart from the occasional screaming sessions at 5am when some groups get back to the hotel. Really nice hotel but I have no idea what chaos may appear in the summer season. Close to the beach and the strip.

The rooms is clean but furnished with very old furniture. The temperature in the room is really high, no air-condition, only 2 fans that provide only better air-circulation. Because of high room temperature, during the evening is impossible to sleep with closed balcony. However the environment is really noisy, so you basically cannot sleep. The age average of guests is 18 years old.
