Room was basic but clean no reception no bar checkin and checkout was at the sensors adult only hotel and as we had children they were not even allowed to wait with us in reception the staff were abrupt and rude would definitely not stay again

I stayed at Casa Vida during early March. The check in was easy. The room was a good size and very clean with a view of the pool. The complex was only partially occupied during my stay and was very quiet. The car parking was a bit of an adventure, you have to use a steep and winding driveway, and there was a friendly cat that liked to sleep on the car. All together I had a wonderful visit.

Stayed at Christmas so obviously most of the amenities were not available, but we knew that when we booked. The hotel is in a good location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Room 118 was very nice, a good size with plenty of wardrobe space. Nice big bathroom with a good shower and two sinks. Kitchen was small but had everything you needed, fridge, microwave, two hobs, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. Living room/dining room had a table and four chairs. Two comfortable setee's and large flat screen tv with some English channel's, more than most, and access to the balcony. Bedroom had two single beds, which were comfortable and plenty of bedding. Flat screen tv and access to the balcony. Balcony was large with a table and chairs. Phoned a number on the entrance door to check in, Albert was there in a couple of minutes. Very clean hotel, good wifi, helpful staff. The only let down was the lack of sun on the balconies. Due to the way the hotel was built around a pool, at least 90% of the balconies never got any sun, ever. But we had a nice break and would like to thank all the staff.

The apartment was as described- lovely and clean and perfect as a base for exploring the area. We had a pleasing view over the pool and across Santa Ponsa bay. During our stay Hotel Senses across the road from Casa Vida was being recommissioned ready to open on the 1st May. This led to issues with the Wifi which was not available until the last day of our stay. The sink also had a leaking plug which despite being reported several times could not be repaired before our departure. The management at Senses Hotel were very pleasant to deal with and you could not take offence with the way in which they tried to rectify the issues mentioned. We felt rather sorry for them given the pressure they were under at this particular time. We would not hesitate in recommending Casa Vida as a place to stay and hope to be back ourselves next April.

Property is in a great location in Santa Ponsa. It however is very damaged and the room I stayed in not as what is in the pictures on Expedia. Over my three day stay the room was only serviced once. I understand that in the winter the occupation levels are very low and expected that the reception/ check in may not be seemless so this was not an issue. On checking out I left my mobile phone in the room, the lady servicing the rooms was a great help in assisting me and could not have been more gracious.

The two bedroom apartment was spacious clean and had everything you need but quite basic. Ideal for a short break. The two sofa beds in the living room are very uncomfortable and not recommended for a decent night sleep. You also have to check in at a hotel further along the street while the main hotel opposite is undergoing a major renovation which we were not told about.

The area of Santa Ponsa was very lovely and clean, however the Casa Vida Apartments were a huge letdown! Now I'm a firm believer in 'you get what you pay for' but surely there should be some basic standard requirements for hygiene and safety!... On arrival, at 3:00am we were denied access to our room untill we paid for it but we paid for it when we booked back in August! Despite providing emails and booking confirmation which proved this, the night receptionist still wouldn't let us in without paying AGAIN!! The apartment itself was comfortable and clean but in a terrible state of repair with lots of holes, mould and mildew and sharp edges where surfaces were decaying. Kitchen facilities were very very basic, with a toaster, kettle, microwave and water heater all sharing one electric socket so you could only use one at a time! We actually had to move the microwave into the living area so we could still have hot water when cooking. There was NO ventilation in the bathroom and as a result, whenever anyone showered everything in the bathroom became soaked with condensation. The ceiling was covered with mould and mildew. The only mirror in the whole apartment was in the bathroom which made getting ready as a family of six very difficult and using a hairdryer absolutely impossible due to the unsafe wetness of the whole bathroom! There was also NO bar and restaurant and this was very disappointing as they are advertised by hotels.com...lots of false advertising here!!!!

Hotel was basic but ok Was quite clean. Check in was done in hotel across the road which was not stated on booking voucher. It was quick and receptionist showed us to our apartment. Pros: Tv with uk channels Air con Shower good. Lots of hot water and good pressure Nice pool area CONS: There was lots of ants especially in bedroom Aircon unit was leaking badly which was causing balcony area to be covered in water. We had to put bowls & saucepans under the unit and empty them frequently. Few loose tiles throughout Bit of a fusty smell in apartment especially in wardrobe. Overall apartment was ok for price we paid

Good quality budget apartment suitable for family
Good air conditioning that kept both bedroom and main lounge area cool. Plenty of space. Kitchenette had enough facilities for simple cooking, except a tin opener, and unfortunately the extractor fan didn't work properly. Beds were comfortable and the property was clean. Small hotel with approx 30 rooms so pool area wasn't too busy, which was good.

Good budget Self Catering Accommodation
Basic self catering accommodation in a good location and within easy walking distance of the town centre. Furnishings a bit dated but sufficient for our purpose and the price charged. Kitchen and bathroom could do to be updated with modern fittings. Room cleaned regularly and a quiet location.

Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt inclusief een mooi zwembad. Het voldeed volledig aan onze verwachting. Heel goed gelegen en er is een parking aanwezig. Het is in het bezit van het hotel rechtover de deur. Het onthaal daar was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen- gewisser Charme. Küchenzeile könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein- liegt wahrscheinlich auch an Gästen die gerne etwas „ mitnehmen „……..wir waren in Vorsaison,deshalb wenig frequentiert und sehr angenehm.

Nous avons passé un séjour exécrable Nous avons eu que des soucis!!!! Tout le séjour Fête dans les appartements à l étage toutes la nuit pendant nos 2 premières nuit!!!! Pas de réaction de l hotel !!!! Problème de propreté pas de ménage , insectes, fourmis, cafard tous les jours!!! Malgré demande à la réception pas de réaction !!!! Toilettes bouchées pendant 2 jours malgré la demande à la réception pas de réaction même si il nous avez promis une action rapide !!! Nous avons du relancer pour action!!!! Douche à l italienne cassée !! Eau qui part partout!!!! Problème de refregirateur porte qui ne se ferme pas !!! Super pour toutes la nourriture et médicaments des enfants perdus!!! Porte d entrée qui ne fonctionne pas !!! Demande à la réception !!! Attente pendant 2 h en fin de soirée à la piscine avec les enfants frigorifiés !!!! Seul solution démonter la porte et dder à la réception pour ouvrir la porte . Malgré que l on est appeler le service support de Hotel.com, 2 fois pas de solution (juste un geste commercial de 50 euros!! Sur nouvelles Reservation une plaisanterie, on nous a même raccroché au nez le deuxième appel qd la porte ne s’ouvrait pas !!! La réception pas de bonnes fois !!! Manager totalement absent malgré qu’on nous a dit qu’il allait venir nous voir! A part encaisser pas de service et vacances gâchées en partie à cause de tout cela!!!! Faite attention aux belles photos sur le site car les surprises sont à l arrivée!!! C’est triste et dommage !!!

Gute Lage, ruhig und sauber. Deutsche Fernsehensender. Apartement ist nicht so gut isoliert und es war frisch im Badezimmer und der Boden war kalt. Verbleib im Januar.

A smaler cosy hotel with pool close to the sea. No AC control though and the fan badly located blowing right at you on the balcony.
