The apartment features a private balcony with sea views, equipped with a protective net for extra safety. You are only 10 meters from the beach. Shared garage parking is available, and pets—both dogs and cats—are welcome and will be safe thanks to the balcony and inner patio nets. Events are not allowed on the property.
