Conveniently located, explore Heraklion's delights and enjoy swift access to the island's entirety via the nearby highway. Beautiful beaches beckon for a refreshing swim and seaside dining.

Spanning two levels, this delightful property presents a blend of comfort and style.  
  
The entrance unveils a well-appointed kitchen with a beautiful design, seamlessly connected to a cozy living room. Throughout this level, enjoy unobstructed views of the sea and mountains, creating a picturesque ambiance. Air conditioning ensures a comfortable stay.  
  
Descend to the lower level to discover two inviting bedrooms. The first bedroom features a cozy double bed, while the second bedroom offers flexibility with two single beds that can be connected to form a double bed, providing adaptability based on your preferences. Both bedrooms provide stunning views of the surroundings and are equipped with AC for your convenience. A beautiful bathroom is thoughtfully placed on this floor.  
  
Step onto the patio to find an outdoor living room and a suspended sunbed—an ideal spot for unwinding while savoring the breathtaking views.
