Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in den Bergen von Malcesine

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem perfekten Ferienhäuschen. Die Vermieter sind einfach Herzensmenschen und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Das Haus mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Wohnzimmer ist perfekt ausgestattet, von Kaffeemaschine über sämtliche Küchenutensilien, es fehlt an nichts. Das Highlight ist die wunderschön angelegte Terrasse, von der man auf den Gardasee blicken kann. Es gibt auch einen Garten, perfekt für die Kinder um früh schon raus gehen zu können. Es war alles blitzeblank geputzt, sowas findet man wirklich selten vor. Fürs Auto gibt es einen überdachten Stellplatz. Besonders genossen haben wir die ruhige Lage, perfekt um ein paar entspannte Tage zu erleben. Um ans Seeufer zu gelangen benötigt man ein Auto, oder man ist sehr gut zu Fuß. Fazit: Besser geht es nicht, wir sind super begeistert!

Ausstattung der Kochutensilien...

Ausstattung der Kochutensilien unbedingt aufrüsten (nur 1 kleine Pfanne, Spaghetti kochen nicht möglich – nur kleine Töpfe ), keine Wein– und Proseccogläser (stehen in einer verschlossenen Vitrine zum ansehen),nichts zum aufbacken mitnehmen, da kein Herdmit Backrohr vorhanden ist. Espresso kochen ( in der original italienischen Metallkanne) ist auf der neu installierten Herdplatte nicht möglich. Für 2Pers. ist der Kühlschrank absolut ok, ab 3Pers. wird's richtig eng. Trotzdem hatten wir einen superentspannten Urlaub in einem sehr, sehr gemütlichen Haus mit einem traumhaften Garten.Die Abende auf der äußerst geräumigen Terrasse mit einem phantastischen Ausblick waren der Hit. Die Besitzer unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem hatten wireinen super g...... Urlaub und werden auf alle Fälle wieder hierher fahren.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in einer sehr guten Lage über dem See!!! Die Vermieter sind eine nette und freundliche Familie. Reisetipps: Im südlichen Teil nach Sermione und Verona, im nördlichen Teil nach Arco und zu den Bergseeen.

Preis–Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht zufriedenstellendWohn–,Schlafbereich, Küche (Ausnahme Herdplatte,Kaffeemaschine) etwas sehr veraltet.Nassbereich sehr beengt.Hingegen Terrasse ,Garten und Ausblick traumhaft.Optimal der Carport.Nachts wird die Terrassevom gegenüberliegenden Hotel beleuchtet.Der "Parkplatzsuchscheinwerfer" scheint bis ca. 23/24 Uhr.
