LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE, CLOSE TO SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS. The apartment is on the second floor of an apartment building that consists of several apartments. The apartment is located on the second floor of a house from which there is direct access to a small private beach...Each unit has 2 loungers and a beach umbrella.  
The house is close to the historic center. the supermarket is 250 m away, the cable car is 400 m away. the playground is 70 m away.  
  
IT CONSISTS OF A BEDROOM WITH A DOUBLE BED, W.C. - SHOWER. EQUIPPED KITCHENETTE. The apartment does not have a balcony, but is very bright.  
The price includes air conditioning, TV satellite, WI-FI. The apartment is equipped with dishes and everything you need for cooking, microwave, toaster and electric coffee maker. with 1 bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.  
The price also includes weekly bed linen and towels.  
Each apartment has a parking space. If the parking spaces in the yard of the house are occupied, we always provide a parking space on the owner's other property...  
  
THE APARTMENT DOES NOT HAVE A BALCONY. FROM THE APARTMENT THERE IS DIRECT ACCESS TO A SMALL PRIVATE BEACH WITH LOUNGERS AND UMBRELLAS.  
In the immediate vicinity there is a cycle path that runs for kilometers along the lake and a beautiful lake promenade  
  
YOU APPRECIATE THE SMALL BEACH AND THE PROXIMITY TO ALL SHOPS. The owner lives nearby and is always available for any needs.  
  
A FEW STEPS FROM THE HOUSE IS ACCESS TO THE FLORAL PROMENADE ALONG THE LAKE.
