"Auberge de Cassagne is beautiful and serene. The staff are attentive and the property is beautiful and so well maintained. Our room was beautifully appointed. Simple and elegant. The beds are very comfortable and the linens so luxurious. My only complaint is that the dining options are so limited. The restaurant is amazing but you don’t want haute cuisine every night. There are no other optionsi the area except for a take out pizza place. Both us and the people in the room next to us chose to bring in pizza (the only option). It would be nice if the hotel had a restaurant with more “comfort food” options. "

"I checked this morning, and the property is still shown as being in Vaison La Romaine, still claims to be a short walk from the sights of Vaison, and the map show this to be the case. However, this is a total LIE. The house is in Saint Maurice sur Eygues, which is more than 15mins from Vaision by Car. The owner was quick to offer us 100 euros (so he obviously knew) but this didn't cover the cost of us staying in Vaison for two nights to spend time with the friends we were supposed to meet there. The owner blamed the translation, but whilst the french sight does mention the true location, the rest of the lies remain. VRBO should do something about this dishonesty"
