We inform you that some of our apartments have an additional supplement due to their particularity, such as their preferential location, views of the pool or the sea, spaciousness of the living room and terrace.. This features are always in high demand and they are the reason why we had to create a special typology. Most of our regular customers contact us in advance to tell us their preferences of apartment and reserve them, but also, depending on availability, we offer this upgrade option upon arrival. We really regret the possible misunderstanding expecting for the same service that a hotel can offer. Our guests find everything they need in the apartment upon arrival. It is included a cleaning of the apartment with change of sheets and towels and replacement of toilet paper every 4 nights. Any other additional service during the rest of the stay, is at the expense of the customer. Pierre et Vacances has a wide range of hotels and apartments.
