Friendly and professional staff made a great trip. Thanks to Alex at breakfast for remembering my girlfriend's gluten free toast after talking to her a previous day. She was very impressed he still remembered- real customer service professional. Thanks to Rocio for helping find a lost item.

Great location. Head one way for all the delights of Malaga and head the other way to the bus and train stations to travel further afield. Great hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooftop pool albeit a little on the small side. Room was well appointed and serviced regularly. Breakfast was magnificent - so much choice of quality items and had to resist temptation to overeat.

When I came in, Silverfish was in the bathroom, and I saw what looked like blood stains on the blanket, so I reported it to the front desk, but they didn't even say sorry.

Well positioned for access walking to town and station and airport (by metro). A new-ish hotel, but poor construction standards, with such a bad fit on the closed French window that lots of noise came into room. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Building 1 ( apparently, building two is different) had no heating. The noise coming from the street was incredibly loud all night! They said as a justification that building one is older and does not have soundproof windows, and they have to turn on the heating system. Well, I still paid the total price of a 4-star hotel. Totally disappointed.

Excellent customer service
Staff was excellent. Everyone in reception was very helpful and friendly. They provided us with great advise on places to visit and also restaurants and local bakery. Great location to access the city centre. Hotel is very clean and in excellent condition.

An exceptional hotel
An exceptional hotel. My family and I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The hotel was very clean, including the room. The staff were amazing - so helpful and friendly. The breakfast area and choice of foods was excellent. The rooftop pool and bar area was lovely - very comfortable and relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel. I was sad to leave and I can't wait to return. Will definitely book to stay in this hotel again in the future.
