Hotel was very clean breakfast options were great. It rained all the time we were there and as we had our granddaughter with us the indoor pool and arcade was great as this gave her things to do in the rain

Rocio at the front desk was very welcoming and all the staff in general were happy to say hello! As a solo traveller, I felt very safe the entire duration of my stay. Loved that it was right by the beach for morning runs and lots of restaurant options nearby! Half board option was perfect for my stay and food was repetitive but was good for the most part.

Likes easy access to the beach and beach side restaurants. Disliked the noise from the bottle bins being emptied at 10.30pm. Liked that we could get an early breakfast. lovely swimming pool at the beach side of the hotel.

There are many restaurants outside the hotel, if you didn't pay for half of full meals package. There are 3 swimming pools; 2 of them cater for families with children. If you don't fancy swimming in the pools, walk across the road to swim at the sandy beach. You can rent out a reclining chair under an umbrella for some shade for the day from any of cafes/restaurants at the beach. A taxi to the train station, La Colina, is about 10 mins max. At the train station, you can avail of the train service to bring you to Malaga city or to the south as far as Fuengirola. Avail of the hop-on & hop-off bus service that will bring you to various tourists spots. Hotel room needs a bit of up-dating. The lamps attached to the wall at the head end of bed are fixed & badly positioned. If you are in a hurry to get out of the bed at night, you run the risk of banging your head against the lamps. The double bed for a couple is essentially 2 single beds positioned side by side & blankets are tugged in, on each bed!

Condition of the hotel is not perfect, but still decent. Food qiality as in Spain could be better. Rooms are outdated.

Air conditioning was switched off every night, only on 24 hours certain months of the year. Unable to sleep due to the heat, hotel unable to provide a fan. This our fourth visit to this hotel, will probably not return unless air conditioning guaranteed 24 hours

Lots of pool areas to relax by, although the outdoor pools were closed for swimming (being out of season) it was possible to lounge beside them. I’d recommend bringing a multi-charger or getting an extension cable as there were few plug points in the room!

A worthy accomodation
Good value and central location in the heart of tormellinos. Easy access to many amenities whether by bus or car rental. Reasonably priced with a high volume capacity. Several pools, eating areas, spa facilities, and very courteous, pleasant staff yo help with every need and assistance.

Very OUTDATED , The bed is not comfy at all , the bath room smell really badly and the air conditioning doesn’t even work ,I can see there are lot of leaks from the ceiling in the lobby area, where they kept buckets and some cloths . Definitely need PROPER REFURBISHMENT. Disappointed with the food too. Could be better for the price they charged for the half board .

We had a lovely 10 days at this hotel the food was excellent plenty of variety to choose from. The room was cleaned every day but we did find that the floor was not always swept clean. But clean towels were always available. All staff here were very helpful. The entertainment was excellent. We would definitely return to here again.
