This hotel has gone downhill. Not impressed
Stayed at the Ritual several times but won’t be staying there again. Beds very uncomfortable really hard mattress and all the same so nothing hotel can do to help with this. Also the staff are generally dis interested in giving good customer service, they do the minimum possible in any interaction and we will not be staying here again

Liked: Very clean, good location, great breakfast, good sauna & spa. Disliked: Beds (firm like concrete and very uncomfortable), the room was not as described when booking (Expedia's fault, not the hotel). Overall: the hotel caters to gay clients and does it well, however our intention was to have a relaxing 3 day break but the reality was 3 days of no sleep and sore backs due to the horrible beds. Most of the staff were very friendly but there were a couple with bad attitudes who are not helpful.

Pleasantly surprised at how delightful my stay was at Ritual. Excellent staff service. Perfect location to dining, shopping, train station and esplanade. Hotel facilities pretty good. I would return! 😊

The Hotel was picked by friends and so happy they chose this one. Great location, clean, safe and friendly staff. I ran into one problem at the Hotel and Hans went out of his way to be helpful and did everything he could to resolve the issue. He was so sincere and helpful that his custom service is reason enough for me to come back to the hotel. Hans, thank you for your help.....I will be back hopefully.

lovely hotel, great position for beach, nightlife etc Unfortunately the lift was broken for most of the week.one of the best features of the hotel was a wonderful infinity pool and sunbathing area on the roof but they really need to get a new member of staff to work the bar there, he was unhelpful, rude spent most of the time on his phone which affected the enjoyment of the area. the room was well serviced, great sea view, spacious, just one issue was the floor wasn't swept when the room was serviced, lots of dust under the bed, otherwise great

Great staff and location, hotel itself needs work.
The staff of the hotel is great. They are friendly and helpful. The hotel itself could use a makeover. Our beds were so hard we slept on top of the covers to make it softer. Several Lights in our room did not work. The elevator went out on our 2nd day so we were told to use he staff elevator. The staff elevator went out the next day. On day 6 when we left no one had wires on either elevator. Our room needed a deep cleaning. The location of this hotel is great. The poolls are nice as well.

For the price, the offering was very basic. Bed very hated, minimal bathroom amenities, defective light that wouldn’t switch off and only solution was another room during the night. No do not disturb sign so housekeeping forever knocking on door.

Good spot for torremolinos. The reviews made it sound like a dump but really good overall. Clean, functional, friendly. Hotel has gay focus and clothing optional areas, note in case that is an issue.

Other than one friendly young man the rest of the staff never smiled and were very curt. They charge deposits for every little thing and some must be cash so be fore warned. The spa was nice. We didn’t use it until the last day and found it it be the best amenity. Wish we had found it earlier.

Shower Sistems we’re difficult to control, the air conditioning is very poor. Very upset with the air condition that doesn’t get cold, it is very warm, it was very warm. I was waiting an hours to do my check in.

Good gay hotel
Great base for a gay holiday in Torremolinos. Close to everything and handy beach access. Great pool for days when you don’t want to wander far. Will be back

Perfect location for exploring the gay scene in Torremolinos. If the maintenance would be more up to scratch, then simple fixes could make great improvements. But for the price you pay it’s good value for money. Will return again.

Love this hotel and location could not be better. Big rooms and ocean view and large bathroom very comfortable. The staff is attentive and very friendly. Everything is just around the corner so this is very convenient. Thanks to all the staff!

Location it’s good , buffet good , team not bad and not professionals ,Value for money for the services and standard of the hotel in general it’s not worth it at all , it’s too expensive even for junior suite , I’m traveling often always staying in 5 stars hotels but this hotel not worth that money value ,

3 Star hotel that feels like they nickel and dime
Hotel could really be nice but If booking just remember it is a three star hotel if that. If that is what you are aware of prior then you should be ok. A few things they can do to be a little better, such as, the safes in room are just sitting on a desk not attached to anything like the wall or desk. Most of the employees at front desk were not the friendliest. The pool employees and the restaurant employees were very friendly. There is a very nickel and dime attitude there and it gets tiring very quick. you want a towel for pool, its 10 euros, you want to swap it for a dry or clean one, its 1 euro each time, you want to use the spa downstairs its 6 euros, you need your sheets changed its 15 euros, I mean come on. Just charge a little more each night and don't make the guests feel like constant cash register going on. The telephone never gets pick up if you call downstairs either. There are a few nice restaurants in walking distance from hotel in city center there. There's also a lift in back of hotel to beach (if you give them a 20 euro deposit for key)

Great Location, Room definitely not designed by a gay man. Shower resembled something in a camping site. Great scenery, staff, breakfast, pools. Asked to have a courtesy room to change before late flight. Spa and what goes on in there is not the best place to get ready to fly.. distracting.
