Disappointing quality apartment

Penthouse apartment with roof terrace is a 3rd floor apartment that you then leave and go up 2 sets of stairs and through a locked door to a roof terrace that has old, poor condition sun loungers on it and dirty cushions for seats. No response from letting agent or owner from our numerous efforts to contact them. Medical box is a dirty box with a packet of plasters in it, oven is a portable plug in one that was stained and wouldn’t even fit a pizza in. Furniture is old and the blue couch is badly stained, dining room chairs are in poor condition and stool thing in bedroom is ripped and stained. Overall the furniture is very dated and dirty. We didn’t even have a loo brush provided!!! The apartment needs a lock of paint in most of the rooms. Overall we felt the apartment is way overpriced for the quality of it and it’s furniture.
