Did not stay here as when we got to the room it had no AC in the bedroom and the unit in the main room was too small for the apartment

we never had any complaint of the apartment actually the opposite we always get nice compliments, we waive you the cancellation fee after 4 pm, we return all the monies back your cc, we offer you an upgrade you did even check the other apartment.

Two storey affordable penthouse with 3 balconies!
Serinamar deserved to get a full credit for fabulous service and a lovely and cosy apartment. Why? -Comprehensive introduction to the place and sharing all relevant information about services and amenities - GREAT 24/7 communication through the whatsapp messenger (I did have a few issues with the hot water and induction hob) - Very friendly and helpful staff (we could use their facility after checking out) The Apartment. WOW. It was a massive two storey, 1 bedroom penthouse with 2 balconies and spacious private terrace on the roof with a beautiful scenery on the surrounding villas and astonishing mountains. The flat was fully equipment with absolutely everything including BBQ and charcoal. Everything was new and functional. The estate looked well maintained especially surrounding plants, lawn and the swimming pool area. Unfortunately some of the floor tiles on the communal staircase are chipping off and need to be replaced. The estate's located about 5mins drive or 25mins walk from the famous Peurto Banus, but you can get a free shuttle to the beach and back. However, the services are operating between 11:30am to 1pm then 6pm to 9:30pm. Out of these hours you need to relay on the local taxi or uber (about 6 euro to Peurto Banus. If you looking for the place to party you will be disappointed. It's very quiet estate with mainly Spanish people and families. If you looking for the place to relax and enjoy spacious terrace you're gonna love it!

We were a group of 20 girls and booked 4 apartments with 3 bedrooms each. For the price we paid the apartments were excellent, clean, spacious, well equipped and the layout across different phases each with their own pool worked well. All the staff were super helpful and the only feedback would be that the phases need to be signposted better as it’s easy to get lost.

Excellent find near Puerto Banus
Booked this for a short hen break. Excellent accommodation, clean, spacious, fully equipped and close to Banus. Would highly recommend Los Naranjos to anyone travelling to the vicinity. Really cool price too.

Better off spending extra and staying in a 3star hotel. The photos were deceiving. We thought our villa would back onto a pool but it didn't.

Very big apartment, good location.

Clean, comfortable and spacious Apartments.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Los Naranjos. Well stocked supermarket on complex and couple restaurants. About 30 minutes walk to beautiful Puerto Banus with its beaches, marina and upmarket shops. About 10 - 15 minutes drive to centre of Marbella. Staff at Los Naranjos were so helpful and the apartment was the best we have ever stayed in. We would definitely go back again, especially this time of year (end January/beginning February). Weather was fabulous.

Second time back to Los Naranjos!
We enjoyed it so much last year we decided to return! September seems quieter with only a handful of people at the pool. Although it's a little further out of the resort it's a pleasant walk of around 25-30 minutes. The accommodation is spotless with all amenities and even wine cooling in the fridge on arrival. Staff at reception are extremely helpful and genuine, all in all a FAB holiday. Can't wait to go back

The apartments were in a good peaceful location. 20 minute walk to Puerto Banus Marina. Spacious with a superb supermarket on location. Cant fault anything and would stay at the same apartments in the future.

A brilliant place to stay!
We went here for my sister's birthday and there was a bottle of bubbles in the fridge waiting for us. Apartment was clean, pool was nearby and the staff were brilliant - couldnt have done enough for us - between ordering taxis and getting us into our appartment. Thank you for a brilliant holiday 😊

We booked for 4 people (adults) but when we arrived there were bunk beds (not indicated on reservation). it was also impossible to get a taxi into town. The restaurant "Two Sisters" beside the supermarket was great!

Golf, tenis & padel clubs, Puerto Banús beaches 10 min walking, a lot of international restaurants & bars, and more. Our complex is about 140.000 sqm of nature, beautiful gardens and tipival mediterranean style. You can get all the information about our activities and events at our reception. Kind regards.

Quiet complex in a great location.
We took a five day break to enjoy the sunshine and relax and this was the perfect getaway. We stayed in one of the penthouses and had the luxury of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 dun terraces. Everything was accessible from restaurants to supermarket and local quiet bars. Would Highly recommend this area to anyone who wants a short walk to Puerto banus or a short taxi ride to marbellas old town. cannot wait to go back!!!

Blir definitivt detta ställe om Marbella igen!
Professionell service och extremt bra reception - speciellt hon Patricia - som hjälpte oss redan från start med vår sena ankomst - till att tipsa om hur vi kan hitta bra lokala restauranger - som sparade oss massa pengar! Området man bor i är helt magiskt och poolen är supermysig! Nära till Mercadona också vilket har riktigt bra kvalité varor till 1/3 av priset det hade kostat i Sverige - och alla matvaror är färska och så mycket mer smak. Självaste lägenheten var fräsch och stilren. AC:n gjorde det kallare än i Sverige - så den funkade hur bra som helst. 9/10 stjärnor får den och om jag besöker Marbella igen - Blir det definitivt detta ställe igen! 👌

Lummigt och centralt läge nära Puerto banus
Lägenheten var i okej skick, ganska spartansk och sliten inredning med en gnisslande säng. Det verkar vara en privat lägenhet som hyrdes ut via hotellet. Jättetrevlig personal och mysigt grönt och lummigt område med en välskött pool precis nedanför vår balkong. Mercadona ligger inne på området och har precis allt som behövs! Puerto banus ligger 2km promenad från hotellet och erbjuder en milslång strandpromenad i två riktningar. Grymt läge verkligen! Man fick hyra handdukar för en femtiolapp per person.

Thank you very much for your comments, we are sorry that the apartment was not 100% in perfect condition, we will fix it with our maintenance department. Perhaps it is because of the translation, but I have to say that the price of the towels is not 50 dollars, its 4.50 euros per person. Thank you very much!
