The apartment is homely and fully-equipped and t has 1 private parking seat at the same building. The property is located at the right city centre with all tourist points in walking distance. The building was built recently with a heated rooftop pool (open all the year, except the months of January and February) with communal areas. The property is located nearby the Málaga María Zambrano Train Station, at the right city centre of Málaga, near Playa de la Misericordia sand beach, 50 m from the bus stop, 50 m from the supermarkets and two of the biggest Malls in the City, just a couple of minutes from the Old town, 4 km from El Candado Golf Club golf course, 10 km from Aeropuerto de Málaga (AGP) airport. The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood near the sea in Málaga city. Central AC was a blessing during a string of 32 C days. Great water pressure. Short walk to the Malaga-Zambrano train station. 10 to 15 minute walk to the Sacaba Beach. 25 minute walk to Malagueta Beach. Everything within walking distance.
