Nice hotel

Pros: The staff were incredible.
Cons: There is a turning down service, which is lovely, but they sometimes turn up a little late.
Location: We visited the zoo, which was a few miles away and the town for a little shopping.
I visited with my young daughter and the hotel staff were excellent. They had good facilities and we were able to enjoy the view of the sea. The food is a little dull at times and the drinks are really expensive, but I loved the Ice cream bar, and the secluded feel.

Lovely gardens and pool

Staff need training at this hotel. The breakfasts were disappointing and they seemed unable to provide decaffeinated coffee. Reception staff were not particularly helpful.Restaurants are overpriced as they have a monopoly locally. My garden room was dark and hot and the view was disappointing for a superior room.View of the trees only.

Excellent Hotel

Pros: Great staff, very clean, good breakfast and superb vibe.
Cons: I would say the restaurants were highly expensive and prices should be reduced.
Location: Location was very quiet. Shops / Bars / restaurants / cafes located far.
Overall I have to say the Hotel was very good in every way. Excellent staff, great swimming pools, good restaurants although location was further from nearest Town .

Överväldigade över klassen på service, mat, dryck - vilken frukost, läget direkt vid havet, flera pooler - varav ngn uppvärmd, helhetsintrycket.

Continues to be a Great Hotel

This was our second stay, this time for 2 weeks. We had a great room with a lovely balcony. As ever the elegance and cleanliness were evident everywhere. As on our previous visit in November 2014, we found the levels of service and attention to detail quite outstanding. We spent most of our time relaxing on the lobby terrace, reading and looking at the beautiful gardens. Breakfasts are as amazing as ever, and whilst wewere there they opened a Haagen-Daz bar. Just great. Already looking forward to going again

Vi bede der en uge OgDen var nærmest for lidt. Der masser at lave på selve hotellet og ligger lige nede ved stranden. Utrolig søde personale. Lækkert mad. Dog lidt langt fra spisesteder og sightseeing.

GORGEOUS FACILITIES

Pros: The staff and the grounds
Cons: Yes. One thing that is missing is a laundry room. We had to drive miles to find a place to do our clothes.
Location: We went to Seville, Jerez, Ronda and all the way to Morocco. Beautiful areas around, very captivating.
My husband and I spent 10 days in the hotel, the staff couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. The breakfast buffet is just like everyone says absolutely wonderful and the staff terrific. Aside from all the juices, fruits, etc. offered we were greeted every morning with "the juice of the day", which was always delicious. Can't say enough to praise the staff, the facilities, food, etc. Will be back for sure.
