Nice hotel, but you have to pay to park

Pleasant enough, but the piped music is repeatative and boring, after a 10 day stay is enough to drive you mad

Excellent Hotel

Everything about our stay was excellent - the standard of the food was very good as was the choice of menu - the staff were extremely friendly and efficient they could not do enough for your particularly the reception staff. The location is excellent and the grounds were very relaxing - overall I would definitely recommend this hotel

Prima hotel

Pros: De relaxte sfeer , de pianiste in de lobby, de conciërge en de portier waren zeer behulpzaam en hadden goede tips.
Cons: Het eten was erg prijzig in het hotel en er zouden meer kleine ( gezonde ) snacks voor lunch op de kaart kunnen staan.
Location: Er wordt een loop/fietspad aangelegd voor het hotel. Het zou erg leuk zijn in de toekomst zo naar Estepona en Marbella te kunnen wandelen/fietsen.
De kamer zijn mooi en ruim. Alles is goed schoon en verzorgt. Het ontbijt buffet is uitgebreid en goed.

Fantastic if you don't want to leave the hotel.

Pros: Superbly maintained hotel and grounds. Excellent quality and high standards evident. Gym/spa facilities very good and well equipped. Excellent food.
Cons: Not much room in the foyer if the weather is inclement - not enough table/seating. Beach quality wasn't good, so you tend to stay in the grounds.
Location: Need a taxi to reach Estapona. Other than a 300 yard walk to the local village (shops,restaurants), there is nothing around.
Best, largest room I've stayed in. All facilities available - if not in the room, can be provided by reception. Some rooms are better than others, and the noise of the very busy dual carriageway/motorway is never far away from side rooms. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, with plenty of space to find your own patch. Food is excellent quality and well presented. Taxi always available from reception - you'll need them unless you have your own transport or use the BUS.

Beautifully laid out hotel

We had an excellent Premium room with side sea view with plenty of space and very comfortable beds. The hotel is rather isolated and a car is probably required. (Pay parking!!! -not so good). Also food and drink are very expensive in the hotel. 21 Euros for a burger in the pool bar/restaurant is rather much. The check- in was efficient and the staff were excellent. Overall, a fine hotel if you are not too concerned with price and are happy to be "well away from the action".

Awesome place

Pros: Location, facilities, staff
Cons: Breakfast- better bacon and sausages, less greasy eggs. Also queen or king beds instead of twins put together.
Location: Pool, beavh, walks, visit Estepona, Marbella, Gibraltar.
The hotel grounds are very beautiful, staff is incredibly nice.

Hotel für den Traumurlaub

Pros: Weitäufiges Terrain, traumhafte Pools, Fitnessbereich, Eleganz und trotzdem gemütliches Flair,
Cons: In unserem Zimmer war der Kühlschrank etwas müfflig und auch schmutzig
Location: Außerhalb an einer ruhigen Strandpromenade, braucht eigentlich ein Auto, da ca. 7 km bis Zentrum Estepona und 20-25 km nach Marbella, Pto Banus
Weitläufig parkähnliches Terrain mit Liegeplätzen ohne Gedränge, absolute Ruhe, perfekte Poollandschaft, Komfort, absolute Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit des Personals, perfekte Spa- und Fitnessmöglichkeiten, etwas außerhalb an einer ruhigen Strandpromende gelegen, Top-Frühstück, Buffet immer sauber und alles vorhanden

Smelly and shady charges

The striking experience was the sewer smell everywhere , even in the breakfast restaurant. I recommend to check your final bill when you check out. Every costumer at the counter had fake charges (like room mini bar, lobby drinks, pool or spa service..). Mine was the lobby charges and the taxes which I already paid for during reservation.

Pros: Facilities Room Staff Grounds Food
Cons: The air con is noisy
Most impressed by all aspects of this hotel. Wonderful grounds and pools. Staff very efficient with a delightful attitude to guests. Very comfortable room with a great bathroom. Housekeeping first class. We thought we had to travel to Dubai to find standards this high, we were wrong - found it with Kempinski.
