Smelly and shady charges
The striking experience was the sewer smell everywhere , even in the breakfast restaurant.
I recommend to check your final bill when you check out. Every costumer at the counter had fake charges (like room mini bar, lobby drinks, pool or spa service..). Mine was the lobby charges and the taxes which I already paid for during reservation.

We are very sorry that the experience in our hotel did not meet your expectations and please accept our sincerest apologies.
Regarding your invoice, please allow me to mention that due to the change made in our system on the 12th of September in order to adapt our invoicing to the Spanish legislation, your final bill may seem a bit confusing and for this I do apologize.
As part of our service and to clarify the final invoice or correct any mistake an information bill is always presented to our guests before we apply the final charge.
I hope you had a safe trip home and it would be a pleasure to welcome you back to the Kempinski Hotel Bahia in not too distant future.
