Good hotel
Perfect hotel for our stay for the 3 kings night. Close to the parade and lots of nice bars. Staff were veey pleasant and room was ideal.

Room was unbelievably small and dreadfully hot, even though it was a cold night. We hardly slept at all. Really awful hotel, very very disappointing. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The property was well kept and is just on the outskirts of Old Town. It was an easy walk to enjoy the Old Town sites but was quiet at night. All of the staff were very polite and welcoming but Alexandria provided a very warm & genuine welcome when we checked in and happily worked to assist our needs. Her service was a great first impression of the hotel and our Malaga visit.

Ticks all the right boxes
It's a lovely hotel in a good location, at the cusp of the city centre, and close to direct transport links to and from the airport. The 'classic double' I stayed at was of a good quality, very good air conditioning - everything you need in a hotel. Breakfast was of a good range.

The hotel was in a great location. The only negative was the air conditioning wasn’t on yet. We opened the balcony doors to cool the room off which was fine.

Great balcony
The top floor room was simple but large and had a fantastic, very big balcony. Unfortunately there was road works place outside but the resultant noise was not too much of a problem and could hardly be heard with the windows/doors closed. It was a bit more awkward accessing the hotel main door due to these works but, in reality, it was still straightforward. Another good thing about the minibar was the free water in environmentally friendly containers.

Excellent Stay
Excellent stay, the hotel and room was clean and modern and was in an excellent central location. The staff were also very friendly and helpful at check in. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and I'll be staying at this hotel again when I'm visiting Malaga 😄

Reception friendly and comfy bed. Shower cubicle mouldy and room stunk of drains/sewers. There was work being done on street outside so that might not have helped. Awful view of glass roof in poor condition. Wouldn't return..

A delightful hotel.
Delighted with the hotel both its location next to the historic centre of the city brimming with a wide spectrum of restaurants and bars, and the hotel itself. It is worth paying a little more to get one of the larger rooms, especially on the top floor with a terrace. I will certainly stay at this hotel again and recommend it to friends.

The hotel’s location is very convenient as it is only a short walk away (through the wonderful little alleys of central Malaga) to all the major museums and sights and also gives you a plethora of dining options etc. As for the property itself, it needs some more updating. Especially the bathrooms, which were very clean but a little outdated compared to new floors, beds and TV sets however, it looks like they’ve been working on modernising the hotel and that deserves some praise. Last but not least, every member of the staff was more than fantastic and excellent at their job. Thank you.

No repetiré
Fue un viaje de trabajo y la experiencia no ha sido satisfactoria. Falta de mantenimiento de las instalaciones. La habitación 106 tenía un colchón deteriorado por el paso del tiempo y una de las hojas de la ventana no cerraba bien, con la pérdida de calor que eso conlleva y los ruidos. Tampoco estaba disponible el restaurante para poder cenar.

Teleurgesteld. Het was voor de derde keer dat we een Sercotel boekten maar telkens op andere locaties. Deze in Malaga viel tegen …ontbijt was karig, het werd pas beetje per beetje aangevuld. Badkamer verouderd, heel veel nachtlawaai en een onaangename geur in de kamer. Enig pluspunt was de centrale ligging vlakbij het centrum.

Fantástico Hotel en el centro.
He estado un par de noches en Málaga, por cuestión de negocios, y necesitaba un Hotel céntrico. Al viajar en coche quería también que tuviese parking. Como ubicación un 10. Está muy bien situado, es fácil llegar, hacer el checking y luego tienen un acuerdo con un parking, que si bien no está en las mismas instalaciones, está a un agradable paseo de 5 minutos. Tiene un precio muy razonable y puedes dejar el coche tranquilamente un par de días. El Hotel es tranquilo, las habitaciones un poco pequeñas y el baño pide una actualización. Está muy limpio, la cama confortable y en general es muy silencioso. El personal muy amable.
