Nice and convenient and affordable stay
Near the City Centre, easy 5 minute walk from trainstation Málaga Centro. Convenient walks. Airco didn’t work in the room though, heater was on during the wintertime. Not sure what the boutiqueness was about this hotel and room. It was pretty basic and clean, but good enough for a few days of stay. No real complains and the girl at the desk was nice and helpful in English.

Be careful witj this property! Being a contractor myself I can see that this property was recently renovated but during the process they messed up the sewage system. The bathroom in our room was unusable because of an intolerable smell of sewage comimg up the pipe system. The smell was so terrible that we were unable to use the bathroom and it permeated the whole room. We told the girl in the front desk and she sent someone who basically sprayed some deodorant to mask the smell. Next morning we left the room as early as possible and at checkout we told front desk about the problem but she only cared about getting the payment for the room. Avoid this property!

Great Stay
Great stay. I stayed at Soho Bahia Malaga for one night before departing spain back to the US and it was quite enjoyable. The room was very clean and nice looking and the staff were friendly and helpful. Just everything you'd need to have a great stay at a hotel!

Family Room nicely set-up like an apartment
We stayed one night in the Family Room in-between trips and really enjoyed the hotel as it was both clean and spacious. It is located near many shops and the service was excellent. The only negative aspect is that you have to walk your suitcase through some stairs immediately upon entering the front door so if your luggage is heavy or if you have mobility issue, this may pose problem. I recommend this Boutique Hotel.

TINY ROOM AND TINIER BATHROOM
we Stayed at four different hotels in our last trip to Spain and Portugal. Hotel Soho Bahia Malaga, was the worst of all of them. We stayed two days on May 23-24, 2017. The room is extremely small, with a double bed and a single chair, with a small TV screen. The bathroom, is literally 4x6 feet. Incredibly small. we were three couples, it so happened our room was the smallest, we ask for a bigger room, the staff at the front desk, they said yes, but did not make any effort. The positive side is that it is a good location, close to restaurant and bus station. Next time we book any hotel online, pay extra attention to the size of the room in feet on meter square. The entrance to the hotel, there are 6-7 steps. you have to lug your luggage up the stairs? terrible design

Good morning. We are very sorry that your stay in our hotel was not to your liking, our hotel does not have triple rooms are doubles with extra, we are renovating the rooms and bathrooms of the whole hotel and soon they will be available to make them more spacious and Modern. A greeting.

Great location and price
Glad we stay here close to the city, marina, restaurants and store. We had an early flight the from desk guy call a taxy only 20€. We really enjoy the night and wish we can stay longer. Economic, comfortable and great for us. Will go back and recomend this hotel.

Centrally located in Malaga.
Really smart hotel. Reception staff were really helpful and found a large room, with a disabled access shower, for my mother, who has limited mobility. Excellent choice of hot and cold food for breakfast.

Great value hotel
Cheap and cheerful hotel in Malaga's fun Soho district. The foyer and public areas have been redecorated in hip style. Rooms have not been updated but are immaculately clean and comfortable.

Nice Hotel, close to old town centre.
Hotel is close to old town Malaga the Cathedral, Picasso museum, as well as lots of bars and restaurants. Nice bar on the top floor of the hotel with great views of the city.

No Complaints.
There were 4 of us so we had 2 rooms for the first 5 nights of our vacation and then back again for the last 3 nights. We had a great stay overall. The location is ideal, the rooms were clean and in great condition, the hotel clerks were extremely friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace for a drink (or several) each night after our busy day. We also loved that each room had a balcony. The fresh air is always welcome. We would all recommend this hotel and in the future stay here again.

Nice stay at hotel Bahia malaga.
Hotel was great. A little bit out of the action but having said that, malaga is small and everything is within walking distance. My only minor complaint was that the breakfast selection wasn't great but I wouldn't let that stop me from staying there again.

We booked this hotel for its central location, pleasant roof terrace, and relative convenience for the airport. On arrival we were told that the hotel did not have rooms for us despite our Expedia booking made several weeks before, and that they were going to transfer us to another 3 star hotel we had never heard of. This replacement hotel put us in dark subterranean rooms with views of a bare concrete yard with peeling plaster. The replacement hotel had no roof terrace or other pleasant outdoor area - some rooms had balconies but ours did not and they were not prepared to move us to ones that did. The hotel was also on the opposite side of town from the central location we had booked, more than 20 minutes walk from the centre.

Everything you could expect from an excellent hote
ive reach Malaga after long trip taking the train from airport to Malaga center where ive used google map to reach the place . it took me some time to reach it and felt very tired but the hotel and the room was above my expectation for a 3 star hotel . the location is very perfect you can walk easily to the train bus station also to most tourist attraction area i really recommend it for people looking for room comfort with a good price

I had a brief city break in Malaga.
As above I went to look around Malaga. The city is well worth a visit. The hotel was as I have marked it. It was however, in a very run down area. Although I did not feel threatened I would be reluctant to recomend it to families because of the surrounding area.

A comfortable hotel, friendly staff. Free coffee a nice touch. Relatively close to the Cercania - rail system connecting the town and the airport running every 20 minutes or so and much cheaper than a taxi. The bathroom was very confined however.

This hotel is a $15 taxi ride from the cruise ships and within easy walking distance from all the activity. Rooms were clean if a little sparce, e.g., no TP and only one bath towel until we asked for more. Very secure! Breakfast was good but unavailable for early flight out.

Not the best, not the worst.
I can’t recommend this hotel, nor can I not recommend it. Me and my girlfriend both felt that given the price of the accommodation and the fact that it had 4 stars we would have hoped for more. Two areas in need of improvement was the rooms sound isolation (you heard everything that happened down the corridor) and the breakfast which was subpar. The location was very good for a weekend and the personnel acted nicely.
