There is walk distance to all the interesting places in Malaga as Picasso´s birth place in Plaza de la Merced (600m) Malaga Cathedral (950m) the shopping Larios Str. and Calle Nueva (1km) the Alcazaba Castle (900m).If you want to enjoy a day at the Malagueta Beach with good restaurants you can take the Paseo del Parque and in more or less 25 mins. walk you are there. If you come with the train from the main train station Maria Zambrano or airport (same train) the Centro Alameda station is 1,5km from the property. It´s the last station. In the Mercado Central de Atarazanas you have several places to try different kind of food. We highly recommend to walk the city through. There is public parking 300m from the holiday home. According to the company in charge, the price is € 18.00 per day. Price might change. Cannot be confirmed as this service is not provided by us. The apartment is on a 3rd floor with elevator. It has 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and there is a sofa bed in the living room. It has been renovated recently. It offers a bathroom with shower, WiFi and dishwasher. The kitchen is full equippedAir conditioning in the living room. Pets are accepted. 30 euros per booking. Cependant, notre séjour a rapidement été dégradé par de nombreux problèmes. Dès le premier jour, nous avons subi des nuisances d’hygiène : poubelles laissées dans le couloir par un voisin, odeurs persistantes provenant d’une cour intérieure jonchée d’excréments. Les installations présentaient aussi de graves dysfonctionnements : absence de pression dans la douche, panne d’eau chaude due à deux bouteilles de gaz vides, évacuations bouchées non réparées, détecteur d’incendie défectueux que nous avons dû manipuler nous‑mêmes. L’équipement de cuisine était insuffisant ou inutilisable (grille‑pain hors service, casserole incompatible, poêle détériorée). Le problème le plus sérieux a été une infiltration d’eau importante par la climatisation, touchant des éléments électriques et rendant l’appartement froid et potentiellement dangereux. Malgré nos alertes, l’agence n’a pas dépêché de professionnel et a proposé des solutions inadaptées : quitter le logement, être séparés dans deux appartements ou déménager deux fois en pleine période de fêtes. Aucune réparation n’a finalement été effectuée. Ces conditions ont fortement perturbé nos vacances et compromettent la sécurité attendue d’un hébergement Abritel.
